Great ambience especially the restaurant downstairs. Comfortable bed and very quiet location.

The carpet was old, and although the bathroom was marvelous, the rooms did not feel fresh. The staff at reception was sometimes brusque.

The staff was fabulous as was the breakfast buffet.

We booked the 2 story suite. It was very disappointing o find that this room was not on an upper floor with a nice view of the out of the fabulous huge wall/window on the second level. Rather, it was situated in the basement with a view of the sidewalk.

Good location for short layover at Tegel; staff was very helpful.

Room needed an airing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept.

The location is fine. The villa is right on the banks of the Spree and the water is approximatly 1.5 meters from the windows. But this is only because your suite - is not a real suit, but the basement, effectively a parking area, rather then suite. The furnitures appears to be aged. The windows have screens with cobwebs and marks from pigeons. The sound proofing sucks, you can hear doors slamming and the neighbors showering.

The receptionist assured us we'd have a great view from the windows. She should be ashamed, because the windows are tiny and you have to lean over to see anything. Plus, right in front of you the ships turn over and all the smoke from their chimneys blows into your windows. The room was smaller than was listed on booking. com. It definitely wasn't 45 square meters

Everything the location, the suite was so comfortable and clean … the coffee and fruit service such a nice extra. The communal space is also extremely well designed and so comfortable

Amazing hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The little touches like - bottled water every day, the pastries every morning and the one time use mini bar made our stay even more comfortable. Loved the quiet location and the view of the Spree. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Berlin.

Nothing at all

Everything this place is beautiful we got the villa suites with exceptional views, it is located in the old Swiz embassy. Loved everything.

There were spiders and spiderwebs inside and out the windows. I get that it’s right next to the river and that could be the problem but it would be nice if they were not there.

Private location away from the big roads & yet convenient. Comfortable & tastefully decorated.

One light on the wall by the bed conuld not be turned off. Had to sleep with that light on. Desk light is not bright enough for me to work.

The location was a peaceful refuge from the bustle of the city. 12 minute walk to the Bellevue station, along the River Spree. Comfortable and spacious room in the Villa. Aircon appreciated in the hot weather. Great buffet breakfast with some vegan options.

I also liked the pictures and names of the rooms. They are connected to the Straße der Erinnerung in Berlin in front of the building, featuring anti-Nazis, such as Georg Elser and others.

Well appointed rooms. I was in one of the suites in the villa complex and enjoyed the privacy aspect of it. There was a small seperate gym and sauna in the villa complex besides the regular gym in the main part. Very comfortable bedsAwesome showers - good amenities Breakfast was good for a non gluten allergy person. As I’m allergic to gluten there was only one sort of bread.

To be honest not much. I think some of the initial staff at check in weren’t trained that well, but after that I only had great customer service!

The hotel is nice, big and comfortable

It was a 4.8-star hotel for me, not quite 5 star!It's good, but they really need to pay attention to details (some burned carpet, TV not working, etc...) and if the receptionist could all speak English (most of them didn't speak English) it would have been perfect!

Price and location.

Nothing really, the parking is a bit expensive but it was not hidden.

A very pleasant stay in a cozy villa by the water with a beautiful view. This place is perfect for those who appreciate solitude and a leisurely pace. The guest area with drinks, fruits, and port creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, where you can happily spend time reading books about Berlin and art. The administrator, Katarina, showed great care and hospitality. We would gladly return again!
