Sylter Hof Berlin

Nice modern looking hotel staff at the breakfast restaurant are really nice and accommodating

Never opened the window but there were mosquitos in our room (2 night stay) Told concierge as we were checking out about the mosquitoes so and the bigger lady with black hair was indifferent and didn't really care also lack hospitality

Good breakfast, price and location.

The size of the room

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We will come back again.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable. The shower was really good, good pressure and the hot water was actually hot.

Room was a little small but it was fine for the short stay. Hotel is about an hours walk to actual center Berlin but plenty of shops around near the hotel. Aircon wasnt the best but it did work.

Considering the low price I was very surprised of how good the place is. 30-40 minutes walk to the main touristy places in Berlin. Bus stop ou site de hotel that takes you everywhere you need. Public transport is amazing, easy and on time. The hotel is great, staff is brilliant, Gabi the staff member at the restaurant is very nice, good and helpful , we had breakfast included which I recommend to anyone.

We had an early arrival and the hotel could not check us in earlier which was inconvenient but they allowed us to drop the bags, offer advice, use the facilities etc.

Friendly personal and clean rooms.Good breakfast! Location is pretty good for the price. Bus stop is at the entrance of hotel, metro station is 5 min walk away, very comfortable to move around.

Location, comfortable bed and great pillows, bathtub, breakfast included and staff were fantastic to deal with.

Very small, looked old could use a facelift:)

The location is great, near to multiple shopping centers and the Zoo, it is also well connected through public transport to other areas in Berlin. The breakfast is nice but nothing special.

The rooms are quite small and it is hard to walk around the room, we brought only backpacks but I couldn’t imagine staying in a room like this with luggages, the space feels so tight.

Clean and tidy, easy to find and in a great location. The bar and lounge area was great for some time out. It's a cute little hotel at a good price.

Rooms a little cramped and hardly any storage.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located near many attractions and transportation options, and is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were also friendly and helpful

Good value. Good breakfast. Kind staff. There is a market across the street and a bus stop nearby.

The room is cleaned only every 2 days. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower is in the middle of the bathtub.Small room.

The breakfast is incredible. The best I’ve ever had. The personnel is friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and cosy and the bed super comfortable.

Some furniture would need a refresh, especially the bathroom.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was really decent, everything met our needs for our short stay. There’s a bus stop near the hotel and the underground is a short walk away.

The hot water in the shower was a little temperamental at times but it wasn’t too much of an issue. The room was small but it was fine for a short stay.

Located close of bus station, market and restaurants. The break fast is pretty good

Room space and the bed was not só comfortable

The staff very kind. We arrived before the check-in to leave the luggage but Tahir looked for a room and allowed as to check-in before the time. No central but very well connected, the "tourist" bus 100 is just at the door and you have other line 1min and underground walking distance.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast (unless you’re in when it opens)

Only one side of the bed had power and lighting so difficult if other person wanted to read etc, wardrobe and storage space lacking

Very poor condition

Room very small, no fridge and dirty walls

Location

No Iron available - for a hotel which has many business clients, I think you should purchase 1 or 2 irons. Also several times I went to front desk (key card not working) and there was no one there.

location , staff were nice and friendly

No Cupboard, No Kettle, no tea bags no coffeeNo Iron or Ironing service

location its great, wlaking distance to subway, the breakfast its good, and the room comfortable
