Pros +
- Check-in was smooth and swift. Also transport to Tegel Airport was immediately available. Also breakfast was available very early if one had an early flight.
- The amazing service at the front desk when signing in and also the hostess in the restaurant
- Room was ready earlier than expected. Burger was delicious.
Cons -
- Breakfast was not included ion the price of the room, but I was not so informed, thus a charge of 22 euro was made for a bowl of cereal. Had I known that breakfast was not included, I would not have opted for it.
- Too much time for the shuttle to arrive at the airport
- No one monitoring the people waiting for shuttle to airport, especially when there were about 20 people waiting and one person tried to jump in line.

Too much time for the shuttle to arrive at the airport

Location
No coffee maker in room but the restaurant staff were very accommodating and allowed us to bring coffee and danish to the room
Breakfast, shuttle service
Very expensive restaurant.
close to airport
bed
Close to airport.
No shuttle service.
The hotel's airport shuttle is suppose to run ever 10 minutes, but it took two phone calls and over an hour to get picked up.
We found the hotel to be better than expected, with a very helpful and friendly staff. There was a shuttle to the airport in the morning, and we were so close to the airport.
That there was not a clear way to get to the hotel from the airport save by taxi. It could be walked, but it would help if their site had a map for walking there as it is so close.
Great location right next to airport
the air conditioning is not very good and it was a hot night. This is not a four star hotel when the AC does not work well.
Their food service takes advantage of captive audience as there is nothing else nearby and they don't even provide hot pot and instant coffee or tea in your room!
Breakfast not included and would cost 19Euro. That is rediciulously expensive for a family on a budget who would just like a little something to eat before heading to airport to catch a flight.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from airport made it very convenient to catch bus or train at airport to take into city. Breakfast buffet very nice, with great variety. Noisy outside by pool...of course, being close to airport, and road noise.
Charge for wifi; and the fact that one couldn't use their own iPad or laptop in lobby to use free wifi. There were only two computers at a station that guests could use free of charge.
Everything. The location, staff, restaurant, hotel shuttle, willingness to change/update room.
No. Nothing in particular, may be WiFi available without charge
The restaurant was nice. 3 out of 4 meals were good.
In the morning there was no coffee to be had. no coffeemaker in room. Nothing complimentary in lobby.
Close location to Tegel airport with free airport shuttle
Wifi and breakfast is expensive.
Shutte to airport - great. Less than 5 minutes to airport.
No A/C. Bathtub was on a high platform and dangerous.
Availability of computers in lobby; proximity to airport and free shuttle service.
The size of the bed covers - too small for 2 people.
We were very pleased with the hotel. That they provided a "quicky, take-with" breakfast for very early departures was an especially nice touch.
Close to the airport.
A little hard to find at first.
Excellent service from hotel staff.
Breakfast should have been included in price.
