Great location near Tram line stop. Easy walks to nearby cafes and parks.

The room construction was not good quality. The floor in our room had soft spots beneath the carpet which means the floor is going to fail eventually. Carpet deep cleaning was overdue. Poor lighting in the room: extremely bright & cold lighting panels installed. Room was either too bright or instead mostly dark. Friday morning a man with a loud gas-powered leaf blower spent 20 minutes blowing dust around in the court outside our window at about 8:30AM. This was not necessary and almost seemed to be intended to annoy the guests (perhaps a neighbor with a conflict). We stayed for 3 nights and aside from the bathroom trash being emptied once I did not see any signs of a room turndown service.

I didn’t like anything about this property.

There was no physical staff, just a large sized stuffed animal at the front desk. It was difficult to get help other than through a phone and so basic questions like how to call a taxi, where to eat, etc where unanswered. I checked out after one night and requested a refund, or at least a partial refund, as booked another accommodation. The hotel said they could not help since it was through booking.com. Again, there is no one to talk to.

Location was great. Basic hotel in old building. Good value for the price however it was discounted. I wouldn’t pay the original price.

No wifi in room 5. Could not work or watch Netflix. The staff did offer tomove me which was good but they should not rent room number 5. The cell phone service is bad also so I couldn’t even use my phone as a hot spot. Terrible old sleeping pillows! They need to be replaced.

It was very quite and cozy.

I just wished there was an option to wait for the room inside the facilities or leave the luggage, but the personnel was helpful and flexible this time.

In general the hotel is cute, nice location close to a park and nice cafes, the room had a private bathroom and it was clean. However, the bed was not clean, there were huge amounts of dark hair all over the bed, even a ball of hair, which I can only imagine came from the floor. Otherwise, all good, except for the creepy bear.

Best value for money in town. Rooms were cozy yet well equipped with everything you need, shower was great and heating worked well. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and located just 2 tram stops from Alexanderplatz with the tram station just outside the hotel door. There is also a nice cafe next door with good breakfast food. Natalie at the front desk is super nice and helpful, we loved her!!

The location was great.

The check in was digital. No personal at all except for a nice cleaner who thankfully let us in after she saw us standing outside at the front door puzzled after trying to check in. We stood outside in the cold rain figuring out what to do with all our bags because we were earlier than check in arrival. We ended up hiding them under the front unmanned desk hoping they would be there upon our return. If we had known that this was that kind of hotel, we would have paid a little more and stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in the next block. While we thankfully had a ground floor room, (no lift) we couldn’t open the windows because there were no bars. The room itself was clean and comfortable yet very small. They also leave a passport information sheet on the table to fill out but no secure way to return it. Did not feel comfortable leaving that information on the desk for anyone to pick up.

Location was great, the staff helped me with early check in, offered complimentary coffee/tea.

The workers are very helpful and very sweety. The room is very clearly and silencely. The wonderful detail which is the drinking water, coffee etc. without paying in it. The reception is very authentic place, who is choosing the musics are very softly, thank you for them. The otel's location is very nearly city center. I think you must choose it if you are going to Berlin. See you soon, in the same otel of Berlin =))

The room has no freezer. Two bed is'nt comfortable which was the nearly. I think the twice bed could be better than it.

Its very easy to check in, modern.

I liked everything, maybe that they dont have luggage store after check out but its ok.

Always was perfect. Very clean process of check in. Clean. Quiet. Stylish.

clean, affordable, great location, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean with plently of space, beds comfy, Tea/coffee facilities in reception. Short 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Or tram stop right outside hotel across the road.

A bit outdated

Everything was perfect, except that there's no air conditioning in the rooms.

I was there on hot days. I wish there was an air conditioning in the room.

Location and uncomplicated.

Felt a little like an airbnb or self-contained apartment but small.
