Me And All Hotel Berlin East Side

The location is near the train station and hotel access is secure with staff around the clock been vigilant that no one gets into rooms. It felt safe having the outside not so safe.

The room was a bit tiny but still workable. The bed was not as comfortable. The one thing I was struggling was trying to increase the temperature of the room. The whole time I was staying there I could not make it work.

We missed having a proper closet. There is only 1 tiny space to open 1 small suitcase.

As someone has already pointed out, the beds are rock hard. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide any topper to compensate the problem.The new layout of the double rooms is really impractical. It’s okayish for solo travellers but definitely too small for two. There is nowhere to put two pieces of luggage or hang two coats. It’s been freshly renovated but the interior designer obviously prefered form over fuction. Pity.

Firstly, special thanks to Ms. Luise and Mr. Oliver for their perfect hospitalities and friendly approach. Then, the hotel’s location is great. The room was very clean, silent and comfortable. The design is unique. There is a minibar which was including 2 types of water and a fruit juice and they are free. There is a parking lot under the building. As a result, strongly recommended. Thanks to all team.

Conveniently located, superbly cleaned, comfortable room, the bed really stood out. Staff are very helpful, making the stay a really enjoyable experience

A minor niggle but the wiring of the light switches takes some time to get used to.

The room is beautifully designed, with a great bathroom — very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to the train station with great connections for exploring different neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very cold room, constantly breezing

It was freezing in the room even though the heating was on max.

The staff is super polite, the room and the shower were very clean, the location is good, 30 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes from Alexanderplatz, all in all 10/10

- Perfect location whether you’re coming for a concert at Uber Arena or planning to explore the city. I love this neighbourhood and often choose it for my stays. Ostbahnhof is right across the street - Our room had a great view of the Berlin TV Tower- Very stylish and colourful interior with lots of nice details- A great option for a short stay, though it might be less comfortable for a longer one- A free minibar with sparkling and still water as well as a soft drink is a nice touch

- While the room wasn’t particularly small, there was very limited space to place or open small suitcases- The toiletries had a sweet tobacco scent, which I personally didn’t like- The lighting in the room could have been better

The location is nice, close to the city center, Uber Arena and other local culture spots. It's good for single travellers but families (especially with small kids) should stay away.

The hotel is not family friendly. We have requested a cot which was not prepared by the time we arrived at 10pm. After it was delivered and assembled (I assembled it myself), it took us another 40 minutes to get the hotel personnel to bring us some bed sheets for the baby. A pillow or a blanket were not provided with 'we do not provide this' comments. The room is so tiny there is no space to even put a luggage, let alone a cot.

The room is stylish and two people can comfortably fit in. Excellent location, easy to get anywhere by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Also I loved that they left water in the room for free, very thoughtful. The staff made the bed and changed towels every day.

Not enough space to store your baggage. I couldn’t sleep the first night as it was quite noisy. I wish there was noise insulation

Great location to get around the city and the place itself was clean and well maintained.

The room was on the small side for 2 people with luggage. No real storage or a space to put ones things comfortably. Ok for a one night stay, but anything longer makes it less fitting. The staff didn’t advice about the QR code in the room which gave some information about availability of food and drinks - only saw that on the last day as we had put things right onto due to lack of space. The hotel doesn’t accept any cash which is an inconvenience!!!!The price for breakfast buffet seems out of proportion too.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, they were good at helping with out problems and recommending nearby restaurants, the room was very clean and its in a good location.

The building is new and each room has been designed very badly. Our first room was very very small, theres no drawers or wardrobes to hang any clothes, the shower door opens inwards so then drags all the water onto the bathroom floor. The heating in our room didn’t work but the staff were kind enough to move us, we were put in a much bigger disabled room. It was nice to have more space but most of the room had no lighting, the lighting it did have is controlled by many random switches on the other side of the room, the main road was loud, and the shower wasn’t on a tilting handle so it blasted outwards and soaked the whole room. The main problem we had is that the beds are rock hard and we slept badly every night. I think Hyatt have cut corners when making this

Great location. The hotel is an art, so beautiful and well planed! Service is very generous. Wifi good. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no comfortable smoking area.
