SensCity Hotel Berlin Spandau

Place good enough to stay for 1-2 nights for short business trip. Location quiet and green.

Problems with parking even with contacting hotel in advance. There is no place to park on the street sometimes especially afternoon. From my perspective beds were too soft to sleep comfortably and temperature control was not working (but you can always open the window :) ).

Ideal location for our needs.

Room was fine, it was clean but the bed was much too soft & not enough pillows . Thought the parking charges were quite expensive & the disabled parking facilities are inadequate.

- nice, comfortable room, pretty well isolated from the outside and inside noises.- no problem with finding parking spot- very well located, if you are visiting Spandau Zitadelle, it's in walkable distance

The property was very clean.i loved the bedsheets and the bed was so comfortable.

No AC and fridge in my room. I was burning hot and the fan in the room was not sufficient. However I think this won’t matter if it wasn’t summer.

Nice quiet place away from the city noise, yet close ti the city

A refrigerator and fan would help alot especially during the occasional hot summers in Germany.

Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel and good value for Berlin, although it's 25+ minutes on the S-line to the centre of the city. Perfect for seeing a concert at the Zitadel, however: only a 15-minute walk. Breakfast was good.

No AC, but the room wasn't hot.

This is not center of Berlin, but I l still liked location. Spandau is very pleasant Berlin suburb. Plenty of shops and restaurants around without need to go to center of Berlin. I enjoyed walking around for a couple of hours. Excellent old local brewery...look it up!Room was specious and comfortable. Good value accommodation.

The location of the hotel is great as it is out of the city hustle with trees surrounding the property. The breakfast is excellent with varieties of eggs, cheeses, fruits, and cereals. The room was clean with classic butt well taken care of furniture. Hats off to the extremely friendly and professional staff.

The coffee of breakfast was not so good, but it was better in the room.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location was great for a concert at Zitadelle Spandau. We had a great time. Busses were quite easy to find and walk to from the hotel. It was quicker to drive into the city center than to take the train/bus, but it was still very possible. The hotel surroundings were nice and quiet. Lots of trees and green space nearby.

The breakfast was underwhelming for the steep price. Almost 19 euros per person per day is too expensive for a regular hotel breakfast. There was no AC, and the TV did not connect to the wifi, but these are not big issues. The small city of Spandau is not very interesting, but there are shops and cafes if needed.

Really friendly reception staff and breakfast staff, they were happy to help me navigate to the Spandau Citadel.They were really relaxed about me coming back into the hotel late at night following a concert. The room had a nice layout with a great view of the garden area. Clean and tidy. There was a large fan that I used to keep me cool during the hot night. There was no air con but the fan was more than enough.

It was 18.90€ for breakfast (£16.01). If I had known this I would not have had breakfast there.

Very very good location (near the Citadel especially good for the music festival), basic rooms you have everything you need, clean and the staff is amazing accommodating.
