Homaris West Side - Self-Check In

Very friendly staff and customer service. My boyfriend and I always stays here, over and over again.Amazing spa and gym area by the way.Vey good located and very clean everywhere. Can definitely recommend. ❤️

Clean big room. Great location (near metro).

The hotel has no staff in the reception. Check in is made via email and links. They don't hide this. It is their way of cutting costs. First time you experience that is very frustrating. Other guests (much younger than me and much more comfortable with these things were also frustrated at the check in.) breakfast was ok. Just close the door behind every idiot who wants to check the Terrace view. It is cold. If he wants to freeze that is great . I don't

there is no human been in the reception only computer, very difficult to get basic information and if you want that your room will be cleaned, you need to pay more 5 euro.

Room 109, a complete horror with lighting or wiring, the main light was either working or not, the lamp next to the bed turned on by itself and did it several times at night and with a squeak. There was no kettle in the room. Lack of staff who could solve problems quickly.

The people working remotely were really helpful and polite but there was a misunderstanding with the heating that could have been avoided if personnel was in the building.

The one bed of the suite was a couch therefore it was really uncomfortable. There were coffee and cups for two only. Also a fee for cleaning is a bit off I think.

A very good breakfast. A very nice and green area with a metro station close to the hotel.

I think a kettle and some coffee/tea is pretty standard for most hotel rooms. Pillows for bed were super soft and there wasnt any extras.

Gave us and other check-in guests the incorrect booking ID So we spent over 30mins trying and telephone conversation There are no person on check-in all Done via. Computer!!

I had too book this last minute so was happy that was able to checkin late at night. Clean and has necessary things

I did not clock in early enough that everything is automated and no staff at reception, so difficult when I have questions to ask. They had a stock of tea and coffee bags but no way to get hot water. Sound proofing is not great.

The Location

No Setting chair in the room and no slipperw and no microwave

Breakfast was nice and staff there were very friendly. Room was a good size, had a deluxe double.

There was no staff support at night, mold in the showers and cleaning didn’t occur during scheduled times. Heat also didn’t respond to the thermostat and there was no overnight staff to help with the cold room or to get extra blankets.

Good location, connected to many subway lines. Nice size of room and all clean.

There is no personelle at hotel. All is automatical( doors, check in, etc). We had a broken hairdryer . Unfortunately no one could bring us a new one in 3 days, although I sent many requests via what’s app. 4start hotel should be still with human on site.

The jacuzzi and hammam was out of service. We had 2 small blankets on one big bed. The booked cleaning never showed up and I was still charged for it. Instead of a refund, I was proposed 15% discount on my next stay. Except I do not think I will be staying with Homaris.

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, featuring all the modern amenities one could ask for, but the completely digital reception was a serious drawback. While the convenience of a quick, automated check-in was appreciated, the lack of a human presence created significant issues when a problem arose. Instead of a quick conversation with a staff member, I was left navigating a slow, often frustrating digital support system. This meant being forced to wait an unacceptably long time until my issue was finally resolved, making it nearly impossible to easily reach someone for immediate assistance and ultimately detracting from an otherwise comfortable visit.

This was a great place to stay in Berlin. We had some issues with the check-in system, but staff were able to sort it out quickly once it was time for check-in, and we could store our bags beforehand. The staff at the rooftop bar were friendly. We only had a morning coffee there! The room was spacious and had everything necessary for our stay!
