Cleanliness of the room was excellent, plus the Breakfast was AMAZING... even though it was a little on the "pricey" side.

The single computer in the "Business Area" of the lobby was not so great.

The Hotel is still under construction and the room booked was Not even close to the advertised pictures on Booking.com When we arrived we were offered a room which was located on a floor where the entire gallway was full with mattresses and other furniture which made it impossible to go to the room with our luggage.We were the offered a second room which was as well completely different from what was described and shown on the pictures on Booking.com. I arrived with my little daughter and we just wanted to go to sleep. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful offering us the other hotel close by. So we cha ged the hotel and this one was ok. When I spoke to the hotel staff they explained to me that the pictures do not show the real room category and that the hotel owner usually keeps the business up and running in all their hotels which are under construction! This is ripping off customers which the staff agreed to, but nothing they can do about it as this is done by the management.

Awful! Very unhelpful staff! Dirty!...

The room that we booked was not the room that we were given. The hotel was being renovated while we stay there. The corridors were full of rubbish and furniture and it was difficult to get to our room. Dirty and smelly room. We did complain, but no options were given, not even a free drink ! Awful Place! Good hotel, good location, good breakfast. Garage for a car for additional fee.

Mattress, pillows and location

Lack of amenities in room ( no fridge, kettle etc. Unhelpful and aggressive staff, bearing in mind we were an u11s football team taking part in a tournament. Very dated old and creaky furniture. Massive crack in hand basin.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that water tasted kinda weird for me. But the groceries were very close so I could buy bottled water :) I really liked that I could drop off my baggage before the check-in.

We were charged for a vity tax we had already paid. A month later the hotel, despite acknowledging this was their error, have not refunded us. Booking.com have done very little to help. Not a great deal of money, but ee feel robbed.

The location was excellent, and we loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even when it got super busy one morning.

Great price for value. Location is super. Charming older hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast is great. Balconies.

Beds and sofa bed not so comfortable. TV did not work. Microwave did not work. Otherwise , all fine

Location is good . Super accessible . Every thing is reachable . Staff is good and rooms are clean . Perfect stay for families .

Room size is bit small for 4 people and always there is a train noise . once you are awake its a bit difficult to catch up sleep .

Good location. Clean and comfortable.

A bathtub would have been nice
