Sunday Hotel Berlin City West

The Location to the Airport. Although it didn't have a airport shuttle, even though when you book it it claims as an airport shuttle.

The stars didn't match the quality of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Very helpful and informative.

Very warm 2 night stay. Air conditioning didn't work. It is listed as one of the hotels big amenities, but I was informed it was not operational for the season yet.

Very welcoming staff,10 minutes from the Fumicino airport,we where sorry we were not able to stay longer since we only need to stay overnight for our connecting flight and the excellence of varieties of food for free breakfast,would definetely come back.

I did the booking to have a save parking place. Been advertised with free parking, yes any where you can find a place. Did drive around the streets to find one. Misleading Advertising.

Room interior was dirty, carpets stinking, bathrooms old, bed was low and not comfortable

No WiFi in room. COMPLAINED, staff new of problem. Felt ripped off as room advertised with WiFi.

Clean, wide, just for a stay

No facilities, unheated pool!, not available bar!, also how could the cleaning room knocking my door and opens it while I have a check out at 12 in the morning! Should they clean before I check out and clean it back again for the check in?

Clean, comfortable, close to public transport, free parking.

Staff were lovely, good amenities and hospitality. The price was good for the location and it was very close to good transport links and a supermarket.

New carpets are needed as they were heavily stained and smelled musty. The bathrooms need some refurbishment. A deep cleaning would be good as well as the bathroom walls had stains and dust. Also two pillows would be ideal as each bed only had one.

Very comfortable and spacious, with a clean bed and good facilities. I appreciated the pool, and even though the water was a bit cold in the morning, we still enjoyed a 10-minute swim. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great, with a metro station right across the street. There are parking spots available, and the area in Berlin felt safe and upscale. Overall, I think it offers good value for money, especially considering the high prices of other hotels nearby.

Friendly staff and free parking

Dirty room with stained old carpets and bed headboard, barely any pressure in the shower, also the WiFi didn’t have any signal so it disconnected over and over again. I had to use roaming through phone sharing.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Although the ubahn was 3 min from hotel but there is a long 45 min to city centre.

Close to the tram station

No clean room service unless u request it which is strange for me, the breakfast is not diverse. Coffee not good. Bed is not comfortable

The pool, the location, decent room

Coffee, cereals and esp the bread were fantastic. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Receptionist were helpful and waitresses welcoming.

There were no meat free alternatives. We prefer a VEGAN diet and this was poorly catered for, although we enjoyed what we were able to eat.

We only stayed for one night to go to a concert in Zitadelle Spandau and this hotel was perfect for that location-wise. We particularly enjoyed the pool because it was a hot summer day. Amazing range for breakfast (but it was quite expensive).

My experience wasn't great. First of all, the room didn't seem to be well cleaned, it seemed like it was done quickly and without much attention to detail. Second, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly. Also, the electricity went out for a while in the middle of the night but came back on after five minutes. And the biggest disaster on top of all of this, the cleaning lady came in the morning and opened the door and wanted to get in. they woke us up It was totally inappropriate. Plus they are talking and laughing on the hallway without any consideration to people inside rooms!!!!!
