The perfect place to stay - brand new and spotlessly clean facilities. Friendly staff on hand in case of need but otherwise it’s like having your own apartment in a great neighborhood with easy access to transport.

No AC and rooms reminding me of a school camp property.

The out of hours check-in went smooth - just had to call the hotel and arrange the details beforehand. The breakfast had a good amount of options for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. There is a Kaufland open until midnight 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

The room felt a bit cramped, although the fact that we had bicycles didn't help.

The hotel was very quiet and very clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and the staff were very warm and friendly. It's located on a tranquil street in a part of Berlin that feels unaffected by tourism, so there's still a sense of authenticity.

I don't have any complaints, the hotel perfectly met all expectations.

Room was clean and spacious, close to the nearest u barn and s barn so it made it easier for us to get around Berlin.

We arrived late at night with two kids who were tired. The reception isn’t 24hrs. They did leave us the key card in the lock box and send instructions of how to retrieve the keys. However the door to our room was stiff and we had to call staff to let us is as I was uncertain if I would break the door or if the cards weren’t working. There was no fuss though someone came to help us straight away.

The room was big enough for two persons. IT was clean and cozy. Highly recommend

A clean and affordable hotel with very nice personnel. The bed was comfortable and there was a sink in the room, even though the bathroom was shared.

It is not very close to the city center, but there is always a good connection by public transport.

great value hotel. Location wise you are in the suburbs so it is 30 mins to get into the main bit of town but you are closer to the airport.

Clean, easy and friendly for a low price.

The shared bathrooms were clean, never met anybody else and there would be enough for everyone in the corridor anyways. We had a sink in the room so really you only need the bathroom for the shower and the toilet.We could leave our baggage there for our last day after checking out :))No clue what everyone else is complaining and giving bad ratings for. You get what you pay for, it obviously isn't the most beautiful hotel room you will enter, but it does the job exceptionally well if you are on a budget.

The TV wasn't netflix capable :/

Very friendly staffs.I love how you can adjust the temperature of the room and the toilet.Bright cozy place to stay in Berlin with clean bathroom, nice view, good location, quite near the bus stops, supermarkets, and pharmacy.

Great stay! The buffet in the mornings at the restaurant is worth it! Very close to bus and train transportation. I highly recommend!

I had small difficulties with locking up the room door

Location is very nice, easy walk to a train or a bus and both of those have excellent connections everywhere. Very peacefull neighbourhood.

We had to wait for our room for a long time over 50min past 15:00pm, after we asked several times how long it is going to take, they offerd us a "better" room upstairs. Shower definately wasn't nice those buttons for different mode(rain, pressure etc) did not hold probably due to lack of pressure or i dont know. And staff was not very service oriented, mostly had a laugh together and sat outside smoking. :(

The property was new and modern- it looked nicer than the photos. It was very clean and accessible. Ten minutes walk from train station within easy reach. Grocery store a couple of minutes away with everything you might need for your stay. Quiet, safe and lovely neighbourhood

No kettle or cutlery in the kitchenette.

The room was a bit small but nicely laid out and clean. The location was great, and the staff were very helpful!

The room didn't have a hot water kettle and there were no chances of making tea or drinking hot water.
