Everything is sparking clean. Beds are comfortable.

The location is in the forest and it is hard to see at night. At the parking lot should have some light.

The lake view was fantastic. The breakfast was wonderful (with plenty of choice for vegetarians). The restaurant (for an evening meal) was exceptionally good.

It would be very nice to have a kettle in the room; not to have one was very disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed a lovely evening meal. The staff are very friendly. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel although there is only one bus an hour depending on whether you want to travel north or south. An Uber taxi to the nearest S-Bahn at Pichelsberg costs very little.

We would really have liked a kettle in the room. Englanders really need a cup of tea first thing in the morning! I did ask if I could make tea in the restaurant and take it back to the room but this is not allowed. Please consider providing a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the future.

Magical location between forest and lake. Hotel and room aged but refurbished and has everything you need.

The place offers stunning views, delicious dinner, and exceptionally friendly staff. The room was spotless and well-organized, and the peaceful nights made it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Quiet, friendly staff, good location, great breakfast

Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of cheese, meat and salad in a refrigerator.

Could hear the next door neighbor due to the insulation of the walls.

Excellent location and beautiful setting on the lake. Really close to bus stop to take u into Berlin. Had a lovely stay and would return.

Just a note lots of mosquitos in August. Not a fault of hotel as near water and forest.

It’s almost impressive how a hotel stranded in the middle of nowhere could be so oblivious to basic human needs, leaving guests to rely on a chocolate-stocked vending machine and a receptionist who seems to think fetching water requires a degree in rocket science and somehow can't get you one in the middle of the night.The pillows, seemingly designed for giants, leave you wondering if they’ve ever met an average human.

Really nice surroundings, great price and good parking fascilities. Nice and quiet!

Room had hot and bad air, cleaning could be better as there were a lot of spiderweb and spiders.

Perfect location and hotel outside of Berlin. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. The room size was good, and the beds comfortable. 100% recommended.

We missed a small fridge in the room. Especially traveling with children, it is important to have a couple of things refrigerated. If they add that, it would be perfect.
