    Pros +

    • Location
    • Very central location. This hotel is more like a bussines hotel, but it offers even if you are for leisure.+Clean and big room.+tram is door to door with hotel
    • A great, well run hotel. Very, very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is tasty with many options to choose from - special mention for mango cubes :-). Gym room is also good, although there is just one threadmill. The location of the hotel is good, with a tram stop right next door. Prenzlauer Berg is a great and interesting neighbourhood. I was visiting Berlin for a concert in the Max-Schmelling-Halle and it took a 20 minutes brisk walk to get there.

    Cons -

    • When we checked in to our room it was terribly hot the hotel reception staff did not tell us on our arrival that the air conditioning sustem of the entire hotel is not working. They should have informed us about this situation and on top were not helpful
    • -no minibar-no capsule machine for coffee in room-no slippers-breakfast is with cheapest product ever-asian gir in reception, the most unfriendly person in the world, unhelpful-every noise you can hear clearly
    • The underground parking is fully automatic and leaves you a bit worried about the car when the machinery rumbles and "swallows" it. It worked fine and basically is not a flaw - just something that might get you anxious.

I got a complimentary upgrade and really liked the bright but cozy room.

I didn't stay long at the hotel but there was nothing to complain about

    9LauraPosted on: 1-12-2026

Great and friendly staff that went above and beyond to help when I needed something. Super comfy beds and quiet environment in spite of the location (by a large road / crossing). Also very clean, the bathroom and bedroom were spotless.

I would have liked the possibility in my room to have more control over the lights (there's one main switch, and then only additional switches for the lamps, from what I could find) but this is really a minor thing and it didn't bother me that much.

    Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

The heating in the room was insufficient and the room was too cold

    9YuliyaPosted on: 1-10-2026

Breakfast, quiet place (room with window in the courtyard), space room

Small blankets in the king-size bed, very small even for people 160 cm height, that was very uncomfortable

    8VladislavPosted on: 1-7-2026

    Housekeeping was great.

The queen bed had these weird singular sheets that are very impractical for anyone that is not 1.60m tall.

    gut designed room, friendly reception

    no parking gut

I love everything: the spacious room, comfortable bed and crisp white linen, comfortable chair. The room was quiet and I slept well. Room temperature is low, I went to the front desk, was promptly giver more blankets!

    7ShirleyPosted on: 1-3-2026

Excellent gym, excellent public transport proximity, good selection of dining close by, and sundry shopping.

No refrigerator, very poor noise insulation if room facing street.

    9BenjaminPosted on: 12-25-2025

Gr8 bed, shower. Nice assortment of tea. We got slippers. Super Friendly!

Would have loved a bathrobe, usually available but they were out of them the night we arrived

We stayed here last year at the same time and we enjoyed it just as much.Clean, modern rooms where everything works.Great location in Prenzlauer berg.Very friendly and efficient staff.

    It was all good.

Perfect location, directly on a tram route and close to the s bahn. Very comfortable bar area for relaxing evenings.

We booked to stay for ten nights and would have loved to have breakfast. But at 46 euro's a day for the two of us we just couldn't justify eating at the hotel. I did suggest to reception that they should offer us a ten day rate, but they declined. So really the extortionate breakfast price spoiled our stay.

    Location & spacious room

Due to booking on the same day evening, there was no water or toiletries kit which could be provided during check-in considering it’s Holiday Inn.
