Everything Terrible staff Terrible to non existent internet service

The location is fantastic for nearby tourist sights but also parks, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

We have stayed in these apartments 3 times now however won’t be returning. If you are paying for a serviced apartment you would expect to be able to use the facilities within the room without having to pay extra daily fees.

the location was great. also the balcony and the view.

nothing about the property, because of the time of the christmas time, everywhere was closed...

Good location near Heckesher Markt.

This was a vending machine hotel: we got a door code, there were ZERO staff, no way to get a second small chair, everything was impersonal and minimalist. I guess if you expected that it would be fine. The room was small and not terribly comfortable but it did have a kettle and mini-fridge. I learned that this minimalist way of travelling is not for me and to be more careful when selecting hotels in future. We also stayed at Amano Central Berlin and we enjoyed that a lot more.

The location is perfect. Stations that can take you anywhere you want are a maximum of 6-7 minutes walk away. There are many good places to eat or have a coffee nearby. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean. Online check-in was very easy. No complaints. 10/10 recommended.

Very nice, spacious room with adequate kitchenette. Easy and very functional setup. Everything to make your stay pleasant…they have a laundry, luggage locker room and even a necessity closet where you can get replacements. I would gladly stay in a Numa property again!

Lack of A/C…although they provide a portable one.

Great location, comfortable and clean

LOVED this place. So much bigger than we were expecting. We stayed 5 nights (two people) in the "Large Studio with Kitchen" and had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy our stay. Great kitchen and dining table area - we cooked pasta and breakfast. The washing machine app was awesome - you could reserve the washer or dryer, pay through the app, and it would ping you when the washing was done. Amazing location with lots of great food and cute shops right downstairs. Would 100% stay here again happily.

Bed was so comfy but the pillows omg can hotels please stop using air for pillows!!!! they're so bad you might as well just sleep without them they literally do nothing except mildly suffocate you. I know the description says the place has "heating" and not "air-con". So was nice when we arrived to see the have a portable aricon unit. It was so loud tho! And the cord is barely long enough to reach the wall when the unit is positioned near the window, meant we had to position it in a way that it was pointing away from us.. You also have to open the window to use it which meant you could hear everything from the busy street downstairs.

Location, room size, cleanness

The location is amazing. The facilities are solid and comfortable.

There are no onsite staff. Getting any assistance requires navigating a terrible chatbot assistant and then waiting for them to connect you with an agent. It’s all so impersonal that I felt I was trapped in the movie Brazil. This cannot be the future we all want.

Location is very nice, room is pretty large. System with pin codes etc works flawlessly.

We did have trouble with the climate: it is a hot room and there was a mobile airco to cool it down, but that is a hassle with an open window and also noisy. The other room that we hired had the same problem.

The location of Numa Nook was terrific, in the heart of Berlin's Mitte neighborhood. Also, we found the bed to be very comfortable.

I did not like the means of communication with the management of the facility, nor the responsiveness of said management. It all had the strange quality of being responsive yet ineffective. The process is to write to a WhatsApp account for information. This alone would be fine, but in this case the account is manned by a digital entity of some sort, and it only offers to connect you to an agent when it determines that it cannot understand the input. In our case, we had a real issue that needed to be handled, too, and once we finally were connected to an agent that person was unable to address our issue -- which had to do with the portable air-conditioner in the room -- in a timely and effective manner.

Located in the heart of Mitte and the Musuem District. Every store is outside the main door. If you want more busy you are in it and if you want something more special, just take a walk a few blocks to a less touristy area. I had a room facing inside so it was peaceful and i enjoyed opening the balcony door into the park behind. For longer stays its nice to have laundry in the basement.

I had a contractor unannounced at my door wanting to fix something when I was just having a relaxing morning. Cleaning Staff did not seem happy.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and in a great location.

There was a lot of noise from the street during the night that really interupted our sleep. There's no ac in the hotel, we happen to stay there on a very hot day so the nights were brutal. We had to open a window at night to get some air, which made the noise from the street even worse

Perfect location, kitchen, size and facilities

The room was very comfortable and we love having a small kitchen for morning coffee. The necessities room was handy/helpful and just a really nice vibe. Also entry super easy and good communication with the support staff.

Our room (2nd floor) was on a busy street and A/C was not great.

Perfect location!!! My room was SO spacious!! Very comfortable to be for a long stay. Loved the essentials room. No need to buy the basics (oolive oil, salt, pepper) and you can alwasy access to change linen or towels. Loved it!

The laundry machine did not in fact dispense soap automatically, as it says it will, so my clothes came out all smelling horribly.

Fairly large well laid out room. Decent kitchen facilities. Large comfortable bed. Location was good for us. Staff were quick to reply to messages with any questions and were very helpful.

Perhaps have instructions on the use of the stove top, as we were not familiar with how one worked. However, when I contacted staff, they quickly helped me figure it out.Although space is tight for storage of dishes and pans, perhaps it is not the best idea to have them stored up so high that we needed to climb on a chair to reach them.
