Lovely location next to station and great staff. Lovely communal area

Excellent location, easy walking distance to a principal train station, supermarket and the conference I was attending. Enjoyed evening walks along the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And since I booked an evening return flight, being able to store my luggage after checkout was a real plus.

Gorgeous room with good facilities. Slept well. Good value for money. Great location. I had an issue with getting into my room at one point as the lock was stuck, but when I asked the receptionist she came to help.

our room was nice and clean. the beds are really comfy and the staff provided us with a coffee maker when requested.

Everything was great: the hotel was clean, the S-Bahn station was very close, and the room was quiet.

The breakfast was very poor. I arrived at 9 a.m., and there was nothing left except bread and cheese. I don’t think it was worth 18 euros.

Pretty simple but exactly how I expected it. There was a very nice lady at the reception when I arrived and also the staff working the next day were very helpful and polite. It's a short walk from Ostkreuz station.

I needed a decent but inexpensive hotel near ostkreutz for a work trip. This hotel was super easy!

The door stuck a tiny bit, but a manager immediately (in seconds) came to help the first time.

Great facilities, small rooms but having everything thats needed, friendly staff, not sure how good the location would be for tourists but for me personally for work it is excellent.

The key card sometimes was a bit temperamental and needed 3-4 swipes.

The location is fairly close to Ostkreutz Train Station and to Rummelsburg.

The coffee maker in Room # 504 did not work and there were no instructions regarding how it was supposed to work. We looked on-line and found that it did not work.

Cleanliness, closer to the main railway station to reach Berlin central and airport. Staff service was excellent

The rooms we got were closer to the railway track and Main Street, as rooms are not air conditioned, we had to keep the windows opened and couldn’t sleep due to noise from the train tracks and from the road.

It is convenient for travelers coming into Berlin airport. The Subway/U-Bahn station is within walking distance. They accommodated us coming into town before check-in with our baggage , and allowed us to store them securely.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook your own meals. Overall, it’s a great stay — highly recommended!,

Difficult to get a good tv program - but maybe that's the way it is today with these operating systems and providers.

It was very conveniently located. The room was warm with the afternoon sun directly on the windows, and no good way to keep it cool other than the shade which had a mind of its own, and would raise by itself.

No way to cool the room for sleeping.

I really liked the location, the staff and the equipment of the flat (coffee machine, plates, dishwasher etc).

My partner couldn’t find the staff at the desk around midnight, but that was ok in the end.

Great new hotel with very comfortable room and stuff was very helpfull and very kind. Room was clean, in minimalistic modern design, in very good area (Ostkreuz). Connection was good to everywhere. Higly recommend.

Location, price, equipment.

Very stylish clean studio hotel room. I very appreciated the kitchen for warming up food deliveries and have my beverages cold all the time. Also the calm atmosphere was a plus.

Everything was great. If i would have to change something i would upgrade the bathroom amenities.
