Good location for the tram. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries within a short walk. Lovely relaxation area on the roof.

No fridge in the room.

Overall really good. The staff and breakfast were fab. The sauna was very big too and the rooftop was beautiful. I will defenitely stay there again.

The sauna was super big and great. However, I used the facilities twice and the second time there was a lot of men fully naked. They also walked around and used the facilities naked... I feel like as this is a mixed sauna, the hotel should have restrictions or communicate this. I cannot stress this enough!! Also, you can hear the lift working at night so be mindful of this if yo are a light sleeper.

It was difficult to find the power outlet to charge my phone in the room, in the end it was a dusty outlet behind the bed. I think there could be an easy fix for that :)

The hotel looks stylish and modern, but unfortunately the functionality and maintenance did not match the price which sets high expectations - especially for a hotel located outside the city center.There was no bedside table on one side of the bed.The person sleeping on that side had to crawl under a large desk to access a power outlet to charge a phone, and the outlet was so far away that the phone had to be left on the floor. Similarly, the bedside lamp had its switch under the desk, making it very inconvenient to turn off without getting out of bed and reaching underneath.Complimentary bottled water was not replenished during the stay, same with the bathrobe that was taken away and not replaced. In the bathroom, the sink was clogged and drained very slowly, and the toilet paper holder was broken.Overall, the design is attractive, but basic comfort and maintenance were lacking. For this price point, I expected much better attention to detail and guest convenience.

The location itself, the style and the whole idea is very nice. Sauna is great!

In our opinion things are not fine enough for a 5* house, e.g. facilities like gym etc are quite Berlin style but for us not a fit for 5*.

the rooms were spacious and really comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The dining area is so cozy. I worked there all morning.

The breakfast and dining area was beautiful and had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent. The spa area was clean and offered a beautiful view, excellent choice of tea.

The evening lighting gave a good first impression, but during the day it revealed a more worn and less fresh condition. The cocktail menu was disappointing, with over complicated versions of classic cocktails that didn’t taste right. Stylish dark bathroom, but water stains were visible and the toilet paper holder was broken. Service quality was inconsistent. Some staff members were very professional, while others showed a lack of understanding of hospitality standards.

Loved the quiet location. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Berlin. Aly was the quietest by far.

One of the front desk guys was almost rude when u added for confirmation if directions to the hospital in an emergency situation. The rest of the staff was great.

Very nice design and services, nice toiletries, espresso machine in the room. Excellent breakfast! The staff was very helpful. Good location well connected to the city, but in a quiet neighborhood, close to East Side Gallery and Uber Arena.

We had a room facing the main street and it is very noisy, tram passing by, lots of emergency vehicles as there is a hospital close by. I would recommend the rooms facing the garden for a better sleep.

I loved the hotel, big thanks for the helpful hotel team - my flight was delayed and I had many additional request - they helped in every step with patience. The room was beautiful, spacious, with real authentic parquet. Spacious shower cabin - very nice! And breakfast was excellent - avocado smash, salmon and dark sourdough bread was excellent. I would come back next time for sure!

fantastic place, the breakfast was amazing, the sauna is great, beautifully decorated rooms and communal areas, highly recommend!
