Awful place with unreachable property managers

We didn’t even stay there facilities were dirty , employees would not answer , property never answered our requests or messages. They gave 2 towels for 3 people and said no more until tomorrow, then proceeded to leave premises. The washroom had muddy footprints and the shower full of mold. We left and never heard from the property.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...Please use some of the money i wasted there and fix that place up...the people who book DESERVE something better for there money, especially when they are paying $80+ a nite...

I left about 15 minutes after i got there and saw what a DISASTER area it was, I booked another place and left. I hope they use the money i paid for the room to FIX and REPAIR that damn place, it DEFINITELY NEEDS IT. The beds were about a foot off the floor with 2 unsatisfactory pillows. The room didn't even have a tv. The WIFI had a long password that was ridiculous.I went to unplug my computer from the wall and the outlet came out of the wall. There were small defects in the walls and need to be repaired. I would easily have more to describe but I was only there about 15 minutes.

There was no reception to contact, Beds were broken and very uncomfortable, there were no towels and hygienes.

Very dirty, smoke-filled room with no towels and dirty bed linen. A good option if you are an animal.

Zone is near the museums and price is very low, however it's not recommended, specially due to the service.

Terrible service, reception didn't open, we had luck finding one of the employees. The whole hostel is very dirty, garbage in the floor all the way up to the upper levels. We arrived at 8am to leave the luggage and it wasnt until 1pm that we could speak to someone of the hostel members. Several calls to the number on google maps and on Booking and not a single answer.

The location in the Scheunenviertel, with its numerous amenities, parks, galleries, museums, shops, and public transportation, is excellent. The staff is polite and helpful.

There was no room cleaning scheduled. A dark window curtain to darken the hotel room was missing, and no TV was installed in the hotel room. The hotel entry area needs a makeover; it looks run down.

The bathroom was outside the room , there was no toiletries, the towels were a bit small, there was no elevator so we had to walk upstairs 4 stories.

They told us we could do early check in and just ring the nell. But, we ran the bell several times and no one opened, afternoon when we came back and rang the bell again they didn't answer until we banged on the doors and the room was not ready an hour after check in. Very disappointed with the quality of the facility however, the staff was very attentive and friendly

The location was great. Communication was clear and good.

The SMELL was nauseating. The room was dirty, the bathroom was mouldy. The WiFi did not work meaning I could not work in my room. No staff to complain too at all.

I booked this hotel at the last moment when there weren't other options remaining in the area near to the central train station. The location was further away from the station than I'd have liked - a good 20-25 minute walk. I'm afraid to say that there was nothing about the experience at this hotel that was good, other than that it provided us with somewhere to sleep for two nights.You collect your key from a key safe at the entrance to the property, having been given a code by email.

Where do I start?A note at reception says that reception is staffed between 10:00-16:00. However, the shutter to reception was always down. If there are any staff, we didn't see them.The hotel is in sore need of refurbishment. It must once have been a grand house, but it has been cheaply and crudely converted into hotel rooms. The carpets are so old that they have reached the point of looking dirty, even though maybe they aren't, and are threadbare in places (photo).Reception never being open was an issue for us as on our first morning there, we were unable to shower. There was no hot water left in the boiler. There was hot water later in the day, but clearly, you need to avoid being the last to shower in the morning or evening.You could not say that the room was "furnished". There was a table and chair, but beside the bed, that was it. Not even a hook behind the door to hang any clothes on! There were no tea or coffee making facilities. No glasses for drinking water! The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower adequate, when there was hot water. No spare toilet roll was provided. An electric heater was also provided, but all the power sockets are half way up the wall or higher, so it couldn't be connected unless on the table. Any electrical appliances also had to be on the table to be charged.The velux window in our room (we were on the top, fourth, floor) was in a parlous state - see photos. The wood is rotting, the window pane cracked (and has been patched up with clear tape) and the blind, although it works, has lost its fittings, and so cannot be used. Because of the rotting frame, a draught came though the window: luckily, it wasn't too cold when we stayed.By our experience, this hotel is outrageously over-priced. We paid little more for a really good hotel near the central train station on our return trip to Berlin a week later. The photos on Booking.com make this hotel look better than it is.

Excellent location near city center, all kinds of public transport nearby, stores, great cafes and restaurants. Low price so good value for money.

No soap, shower gel and toilet paper. Only 1 towel per person for 4 nights. But everything can be bought for a few euros in Rewe store down the street.

You get what you pay for a clean basic room with good transport links in and around Berlin, easy access in and out with the keysafes on the wall

Location was great. Train and bus stops all nearby and can walk everywhere for site seeing. Restaurants and bars also around too.

Photos don’t look like what they are. Three bedroom was cramped but it did the job. Bathroom was dirty and it was hard to check in when we got there.

I have lost my keys accidentally and the owner wasn’t very nice he told me to pay €80 for loosing the keys

realy dirty and untidy, bad communication and not answering, spooky enviroment, heating didnt work, we were given a different room than the one shown to us, no equipment

Place is dirty, management wont talk to you at all.

Dirty property, no reception. No wifi in the room. Loud banging in other rooms like they are trying to knock the walls and floors down. Not baby friendly. They dont respond to any inquiries, of you want to cancel property or ask for something about ur stay, nada. Zero communication. U paid,ur problem. Room stinks of cigarettes and bed was dirty. Loads of blonde and white hair on the pillow and duvet. I dont really thinj they clean the rooms each time being used.

The toilet.was clean but there was so much cold and my children fell sick right there due to tomuch cold in the room

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

In terms of hygiene it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. When we arrived we noticed that there was a booger stuck on the wall, just above the bed. The towels were dirty, the shower did not drain the water and the whole hotel had a very unpleasant smell.
