Great low price for a very clean and comfortable stay

The place is really big. Plenty of room options. Very spacious. Great vibe. Definitely great price.

There were a lot of school kids staying. The noise was terrible, especially at 1-3am in the morning.

It's a hostel, but somehow it feels corporate. My 2 bunkbed room was extremely small, barely enough to stand up, private bathroom was OK. 2 preteen minors where accomodated at my room, and felt extremely uncomfortable, being a 40yo man.

The room was clean, beds comfortable

It would be handy to have a bit bigger table and more chairs (sitting pouffes) in the 6person room. There were only 4 in our room. Also would be convenient to have a small fridge and tea/coffee corner with an electric tea kettle (instead of having to go downstairs to get hot water)

Location was great, check-in staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is pretty tight to fit into. Also, both sets of towels had long black hairs on them.

I really like the location and the rooms are quite spacious

The bartender Lana had a horrible attitude, not pleasant at all.The mattresses were so dirty, dust was coming off them and even when we told reception about this the mattresses were not changed .Also the heating system was not working despite the cold weather.

It was close to the most attractive part of the wall, bed and pillows where comfy

The staff was not very capable. We had a situation with a passing in our family and we had to leave earlier, and they were extremely unhelpful in finding a solution.Apart from this, the rooms were extremely small, not clean, and way too expensive for what you get.

Location was good and the common area was good. Beds were comfortable

1. Unfriendly staff and security. Felt racist, and targeted for no reason. 2. Bad sewage smell in the toilets which the staff did not know how to resolve.

i liked the large room, even if it's for 6 women, and that shower and toilet are also in the room

the time for check-in. i was waiting around 3 hours in the lobby just to finally have a check-in, but then staff wrote wrong number on my card and i was struggling for 20 minutes near the room that wasn't even mine... it was really upsetting

Perfect pick for those who want to enjoy night life in Berlin. The location is perfect for it, close to many clubs. The common area is very specious and ideal for resting or hanging out. The room is not big but serves everything you need and quite clean and tidy. The stuff is nice.

There’s 1 lift which is extremely slow in one of the hotel sections, but if you are staying for short time it’s not big deal.

We cannot find available iron. Every time we asked, someone had already taken it.

This hostel offers nicely newly renovated rooms and cool lounge at the bottom where you could grab a few drinks or snacks.

Room for two was smaller than on the pictures, also pretty small bathroom

I loved the mood. I found the facilities quite correct. The place was clean and practical. Good value for money. Breakfast quote complete, nice options at the bar (aperol, pop corn, etc)

The curtains did not cover the whole windows. Given the heat wave, having a fan and good covering curtains would have helped with heat. Otherwise, everything right

The room was so small, ther is no refrigerator in the room, neither toothpaste. Other guests were to loud and the staff didn't care. Beds weren't so comfy neither

The staff was very nice, I liked that we could leave our stuff before check in or after check out. The room was very comfortable.
