Hotel Tiergarten Berlin

Clean, comfortable, i got a single room and it was quite spacious, bed was comfortable, facilities clean, u appreciated the coffee machine on the floor as well. Low season so the price was really good too just 50€, what you get for that price is actually wonderful

Just an old school exterior design and no socket by the bed.. ah yeah the water wasn’t free

Excellent location and an interesting historic building. Great choice of food for breakfast and very helpful staff.

Would have benefited from tea making facilities in the room and a proper double bed rather than two singles put together

Nice cute hotel with antique design, friendly staff, center of Berlin. Spacious room. Bathroom, not only shower.

Location, near all public transportation and little cafes.

It is dated,it could do with structural improvements such as the flooring and stairs that creeks the moment someone walks on it.Upgrade their windows and furniture,whilst I understand it’s antique,it should have some charm. There are no kettles in the room to have tea or coffee so you’d have to go to a different floor to get hot water or make tea or coffee.

Nice, old-fashioned ambience in excellent location. Large room.

The bathroom needs attention (broken shower head, badly stained toilet bowl). Coffee machine in lobby out of order.

Location. Tram stops and U-Bahn just on the corner

Outdated design, shower not good, uncomfortable pillows, staff look like robots, couldn’t answer a simple good morning. Looks like they hate being there.

The rooms were as advertised, the café was nice and the location is good

Well located hotel, the cleaning staff do their job properly, room was spotless when I entered, Reception is also quick and friendly to help you with your requests. It’s also a quiet property since it’s not facing the streets. Recommended.

Big rooms, spacious and clean. 25mins on foot from the main train station and 3 mins away from Turmstrasse station. All kinds of shops nearby. My room was on the main road but was very quiet inside, in front of the hotel there is a park and a very affordable shopping mall. The bus stop and tram stop was also near. Restaurants and supermarket on the same street few doors down. From Turmstrasse station you can go in alot of directions. Hotel staff speaks fluent English too. Breakfast was served early to late and was wonderful with diferent selections of items. Highly recommended and not expensive.

No kettle in room but I knew about beforehand so I took my own

the room was old but very clean. We were allowed to check in before our time. It was very cold and we were very tired. We appreciate this.

Cleanliness. Though it is in the city, it is very quite. It is accessible wit a tram, but and U. It is neer sports centers for those wishh to go gyming and you cannot go hungry because they are also restaurants sorrounding the hotel.

They worked well with us since we stayed for more than 5 days when it came to a discount on breakfast as long as we ate there the entire time. They provided gluten free options when asked. Very accommodating.

Our room was smaller than our friends and could have used the bigger shower due to physical size.

Very good value for the what I paid for. It was clean and comfortable. The mattress was nice and firm.

Not much expect a room to sleep in. Couldn’t regulate the room temperature and got really hot at night.

Wasn't clean. We booked a room with a double bed, but they just pushed two single beds together, which kept sliding apart. The room was old and poorly maintained.

Short walk from Bellevue s-bahn station. Nice big room.

Carpet was disgusting. Couch was disgusting. we had to put blankets on the floor to walk on because it was so old and gross. The bathroom and bed were clean thankfully but everything else was old, stained and gross. The door and walls were also very thin. You could hear neighbors and people was by very clearly, which . There was also a group of young people in the room next us who were partying and screaming until 6:30 in the morning.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly and relaxing. A nice atmosphere. My double room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is very central to public transport. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The price of a stay is good value. The hotel has been recently refurbished. I will stay here again.
