Check in was helpful and a fridge in the room was very helpful!

The shower was clogged at first, but maintenance was able to fix the problem.

Nicely furnished and equiped with fridge and microwave.

Our room was on the street side which was in the sun, and street noise. No air conditioner in room and it was hot one night.

Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations

Nice spacious room. We had the room with a kitchenette, which was great for cooking a simple breakfast and meals in the room. Note that the kitchen utensils are not in the room, and you have to request them at the reception! The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area, with shops and a metro station about 10 minutes' walk. We stayed for a week, and the room was kept tidy by the friendly staff. Great value for money!

Small things like our shower door being broken, only instant coffee and no tea provided in the room, and the hotel overall feeling a bit older (small lift etc.). Not a luxurious experience, but it is still a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location wasn't the best in my opinion. Even if close to major bust stops and areas, I thought it was a little bit too dark at night, felt unsafe

room was clean, good WiFi, shower worked perfectly (which is often not the case), rich and good breakfast ... location more or less right in the center of Berlin ...

This hotel is in a very ugly building, former Plattenbau and the view from the room is so ugly.Opposite of fancy

Very good location. It was very close to transit, shops, food etc but located on a quiet street. Staff were very friendly

Everything was perfect we would just prefer a full size mirror or just another mirror besides the bathroom's one and maybe some more pillows for the bed, they were really thin

Cleanness and the calmness. It was literally handy to everywhere. This was our first time in Berlin but didnt feel like that.

Paid for a kitchenette and got - a kettle :(Smoking area is right outside main door so if you leave or return at the wrong time you have to walk through the smoke

The pillow was cheap with pretty much nothing in it. The beds are children's beds.

Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful The fact that I was given the wrong room and felt intimidated for asking for the correct room.The fact that I had to wait 24 hours for my kitchenette pack.
