- The room and movies on the tv were great. Mazlum Okta was also fantastic and made my stay so much better. He was so helpful and welcoming and made my first time in Berlin a lot better.

- Room was not quiet. They must change the windows (Dort müssen schalldichtere Fenster eingebaut werden), the tram on the street is too loud during the night. Also the fridge is too loud (too close to the bed).Its not a "grand hotel" more of a pension with a 24/7 reception - floor bottom looks ugly.

The room was big enough, perfectly clean, comfortable bed. The heating was perfect as well as sound insolation from traffic outside. Staff very polite. All in all, more than I expected. Come back definetly.
The hotel was really great. The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Across from the accommodation is a tram station, and in 5 minutes we were in the city center using tram M4. Highly recommended!

The location is 18 minutes on the tram from the city. The price was very high but I was left stranded by another hotel and this was all I could find. I don't feel it was worth 199E. There were 2 flights of stairs. The fridge didn't work. It is on a main road with trams running all night. Not the nicest area.
