The Charming by Curt Suites

It was very pleasant

a bit tricky initially as i did not get my check in instructions, but they rectified the whole situation

The apartment was very well presented with some nice touches such as the provision of shampoo and washing up liquid. It is close to several stations and less than 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz

The kitchen was very small and some guests might prefer to have staff available- although they responded to messages very quickly.

This is a great choice to be in central Berlin for a family of 4. We stayed in the spacious Curt and found it to be exactly what we needed. Entry was easy. We were on the 3rd floor. The furnishings are lovely and the room spacious enough for 4. The small kitchenette was great for drinks and breakfast. We walked to all the main sites in Mitte but when we ventured further afield it was 5 minutes walk from the Ubahn. For provisions it is 5 minutes to supermarket in the Alexa shopping centre ( great breakfast pastry choice). The road outside was quiet and our whole stay was very peaceful considering how central we were. Definitely recommend

The mezzanine bed was very firm- not bad for us but might not suit everyone.

It was a really nice apartment. There was enough space for our family. The interior was good, the beds were comfortable.

The kitchen is really tiny - we knew about that, so no regrets or surprises.A bit noisier than I expected - there seemed to be parties in the neighboring rooms.

All good. Location: 5 mins walking to the bus station and to the railway station. Close to the main spots. Room: clean and complete with every comfort, with a kettle and coffee machine.

Staff were so helpful, and quick to respond on WhatsApp! The room was spacious, super cute, had all the necessities, and there were lovely big windows we could open. We loved it!

Centrally located, we had quadruple room with balcony. Very spacious and comfortable beddings. Breakfast at Curtis was very nice

Lift was not working during the entire stay. Going up and down 4 floors especially with big luggage wasn’t fun. Better communication and signage would be great. We were told no refill for milk but need to WhatsApp for more towels since there’s no room keeping. We found out on the last day they are all available in the luggage room. Bathroom door knob and tv were out of order but fixed as soon as notified. Need more rubbish liners!

The location and room were excellent - a great aparthotel for the family.

The entrance and stairwell don't give the best first impression - a poster asking for suggestions for improvement even acknowledges this.

The building was brand new. The check in and check out process was seamless and easy. The room was large and comfortable, and great for me and my two grown children. I'd definitely stay again.

Location was convenient to transport and shopping. We were able to walk to a number of train/metro stations. Well heated and comfortable. Good shower.

Bags of rubbish remained outside of our room for 2 nights - when messaged the management promptly acted and removed this.

The digital entrance system needs work. Didn’t work half the time for us. Hotel was very attentive on what’s app to fix however. Elevator wasn’t working for our stay also.

apartment was clean, spacious, warm (it was snowing in Berlin), fantastic views, very close in walking distance to Alexanderplatz, shopping, public transport.

I didn't like that there was no front desk. I wished I could have had human interaction. At one point the room was so hot and we couldn't figure out how to lower the heat. So we opened windows. But then couldn't close them.

Wouldn’t be good for wheel chair users as there are steps to get up to the lift, we had two pushchairs which was slightly awkward to get up if was alone

So clean and very easy to gain access. Beds were super comfortable and it was centrally located.

The apartments are lovely, and they are in a great location for visiting central Berlin. Our apartment was the smallest one, but it had plenty of space for a family of three. It had all the amenities we needed, it was beautifully decorated, and communication with the staff was fantastic - all my questions beforehand and during our stay were answered promptly. We felt very welcome. The apartments are close to an S-Bahn station. I recommend that you walk by the river to the Museum Island - it's such a wonderful walk, and there's a beautiful Christmas market there in the winter.

We had issues with the door, which is opened with our phone, and needed help to open it. It was tricky to get it to open, as you had to pull it back before opening it. We also couldn't use the vending machine, as none of our cards would work in it, and it was a bit of a trek to the nearest shop, but doable even in the evening. It will be much better when the cafe downstairs is open for breakfast, as it was being finished while we were there, so we had to find somewhere else for breakfast and coffee.
