The staff and location. Some rooms are bigger than others. We asked for a bigger and we were accommodated. Very nice!

We like the location. Close to public transit. We like the local restaurants in this area. Staff does their best to accommodate. Good customer service!

staff is great and very friendly, room was big, location is great and walking distance from a lot of shops and great spots, my highlight was the water pressure in the shower which was great!

Wifi was basically non existence and i was working so it was very challenging. Room was facing the main street on the 1st floor so was a bit loud.

Excellent location near metro U8 station. Friendly and fast check-in.Room small but sufficient, clean, well heated.Surprisingly quiet at night, comfortable bed.Bathroom with quirky decor but excellent shower . Cafés / restaurants nearby, international vibes everywhere. IMHO exceptional value for money.

I was happy with everything.

The staff are friendly and helpful, we needed medication stored in the fridge and they were happy to assist and had notes on file to ensure we didn’t forget on check out. We were there on NYE where Berlin goes crazy with fireworks, and they checked in with us to make sure we had the window closed. Nice attentiveness. The rooms are new feeling and clean, compact but have what you need. The location is great if you want to stay in this suburb, close to cafes and restaurant and station, but is a bit far from key tourist spots (but we wanted to stay in this location so we saw being out of the main centre as a good thing) - it takes around an hour to walk (leisurely pace) to main tourist attractions

You could see that the pillows and duvet were a bit discoloured - everything else was very clean including linen, but maybe just new pillows and duvet would be good

Very nice and clean hotel, close to the centre or public transportation.

The room was rather small. For us it was ok, but it's good to keep that in mind while booking.

The bathroom is insanely great for the price. Water pressure is amazing, water's hot if you want it to be. Best bathroom in a hotel I've ever seen.

It could be closer to the city center, the heating was turned off by the staff when they replaced the towels. When we came back late at night, the room was cold.

Reasonable pricing, a clean and comfortable room

Amazing bathrooms with great showers. Location is ok near to the U Bahn station

Unfortunately we were overcharged and getting the refund took a few days. Be prepared to pay €15 extra to use your card to pay for your room.

Location is great, close to metros, nice cafes and restaurants. Room is standard, pretty much pay for what you get.

Shower had no curtain so the water went everywhere. Pillow wasn’t great either.

Location a lot of restaurants arround hotel, close to subway. Large room in hotel.

Breakfast not to much choose, coffee it should be from coffee machine not like is serve now.And the breakfast area shouldn’t be at the same room like recepcion

Shower drain was blocked and I had to unblock it to let the shower water drain. Other than that it was very clean and tidy
