Hotel Indigo Berlin – Ku’damm By IHG

Clean and tidy room - nicely decorated, nice staff and great bathroom.

Room was small, the phone is room broken/did not work, coffee machine in room leaked water, the restaurant was closed (except for breakfast) so no room service was available. Overall it was a nice and clean hotel but at the price point I expected better.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms had all the necessities: Great bed and bedding, Big towels, lots of outlets, ample chairs, unique showers (that I'd have in my home) Air Conditioning !!!, There were 2 lifts. The staff were friendly helpfu

Could use a ramp in front entry for those that need to bring in luggage. Room fridge needs space for guest food.

room had very odd lay out. Extremely cramped, with no room to work at all. Bed took up almost the entire room. apparently an upgrade, hmmmm? Construction outside back of hotel, beware. Windows are good however, so could be worse

Location of the hotel was good but staff was ignorant. I needed help with my car but the staff only knew how to say: I don’t know to any of my questions. I felt like an intruder. And I paid for the service???

Such a comfortable hotel in a wonderful and pretty central part of the city. Very close to the S and U train stations, it was very easy to get everywhere. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Great mattress 4

fun neighborhood with lots of great shopping and bars, coffee in the room was delicious, shower was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit too expensive for me

Comfy beds, quiet rooms, really helpful reception team

We were a bit out of the way, although public transport is close (very smelly Bridge to get there!)Lobby area is not very nice and nowhere to sit and have a drink except the breakfast area. Breakfast area is poorly laid out. Too many big tables and not enough space between them. Staff not very helpful unless you seek them out. One woman is very grumpy and after bringing me the wrong order she simply said okay and walked off! I feel they need some training....

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was also good. Stuff is welcome

Some minor repairs are needed (the door mechanism on the 2nd floor was creaky).

I like the room also offered a good body lotion and conditioner. Even two bottles of water in fridge were free to drink. :) Good location and very quiet area.

I had bad sleep cause the lamp from the room has placed in strange position.. maybe it just my opinion..

The staff were amazing icluding the breakfast/kitchen staff and housekeeping. The hotel has a very inviting vibe, which is enhanced by the very friendly staff. The situation of the hotel is close to the train station, which enables travel all around Berlin easy. I would like to give a mention to Michael and Sona from reception who were amazing with their knowledge and help to myself and my grandaughter, they gave us such a great experience. The staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional, well presented and so tasty. The chief was a very happy man who engaged so nicely with the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the only negative was the lack of space for luggage to be left up and open (eg Luggage stands)

Staffs were extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean. The hotels really close to the shopping district and the station.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and they even had gluten-free bread for me. Fantastic location in Ku'Damm, only a three minute walk from the metro!

The room was on the smaller side but we had all the amenities we could have needed, including robes, slippers and a mini-bar.

I asked for a late check out, they told me we can’t coz the hotel is fully booked, but then when I had to stay for another night, I managed to book another room!!!
