Pros +
- Did not have breakfast.
- Nothing to be honestThe staff were miserable and rude And the place was dirty
- Nice place to stay during business trip by car. Secured parking, perfect location, easy exit to ring, Good neighorhood, all you need is around 5 min walk. Highly recommended.
Cons -
- Was a little bit disappointed as the carpet in the room (29) was badly stained. This was mentioned to staff but no action was taken. The yellow stain was directly upon entering the room.
- From the minute, I got through the front door I felt the staff weren’t very helpful. The carpets in my room were stained and dirty, and the double bed was two beds pushed together. One side was really uncomfortable. The other side was mediocre.
- I was asked to check in during the afternoon so I had to make an extra trip there instead of just turning up early evening. I received a phone call at 16:30 to ask me to check in so I had to cut short what I was doing. It took a precious hour out of my very short trip to visit my sister. When I returned in the evening reception was open, whereas on the phone I was led to believe that it would be closed.

It is very clean and room is big. The receptionist and all team was very nice and always helpful. It was very comfortable stay especially with a small baby.

Breakfast not satisfactory for the price,They say they provide water for free, but it is only provided once. I haven't filled the water even once in a month.Currency exchange is not possible in the hotel.

Good hotel, room was very large. friendly staff at the front desk, free parking around hotel. Nice kitchenette and a Lidl is close by. Good option if staying in area for a few days
There are a few nice restaurants like Munzur Fish and Beef / Hanabi nearby within walking distance. A water/liquor store next door. Convenient.
not near Berlin city center.
Near to where I needed to be.
Bed was not made, when left pyjamas on it. To see television instructions were unclear how to change the country/ language. Reading lamps beside the bed were not working.
Comfortable, quiet room, nice shower
