Great location. Close to train station & flixbus. Free candies are a nice touch. Kids under 12 stay free
18ââÂÂì per person for breakfast is too steep. No fan or humidity removal in deluxe room for shower so lots of condensation on the windows which results in water pooling on floor. This will cause mold over time!
Close to public transport to access all areas of Berlin.
An iron and ironing board should be supplied. I had no way to iron my clothes when I unpacked my suit case.

Quite good location
I call it a Hipster-Hell-Hotel. Very snobish people and tons of dotcom-wannabes with many problems. The rooms may looked good at the beginning, but thats of more than 10 years ago. What a horrible Hipster-Nightmare that night was!
The location is very good
They only do housekeeping before 12pm. Wifi is really bad. The room is very hot even though they provide a fan in the room.
Easy walking distance from Alexander Platz, a major transportation hub. Trendy feel. Open shower floorplan was cool. Superior rooms have a nice full kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, two burner stove and cooking utensils) and balcony.
It was sometimes difficult to connect to the internet but the staff were able to provide another way to get online.

Room was dark and didn't feel clean. The open shower made the room always feel damp and therefore had a wet smell most of the time. The wifi was so slow it was almost unusable at times.
Great location in a trendy area close to shops and restaurants. Friendly front desk staff.
Our suite was enormous but the fact that you had to walk 30 feet from the bathroom to a sink in the bedroom area to wash your hands was annoying.
