Spacious room, comfortable bed

The room faced east and was on a busy street, there was no fan to help with the room being to warm so we had to have the window and curtains open which allowed street noise and sun inside. The room became very warm very early in the morning.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the coils.

I could feel the coils on the bed and there was no hot water.

The receptionist was a very cute, kind & warm gentleman.

It’s not exactly close to the center. They didn’t provide any glass for water, or anything to make tea or coffee in the Room.

The room is large, clean and the heating is excellent!! The location is perfect!

They don't offer breakfast

there were strip clubs on either side of the building and it was really loud and noisy all night and the windows are not soundproof at all and the pillows were awfully uncomfortable. They were falling apart.

Hotel is on the main street. Very kind receptionist. Clean room. Bathroom with soup and towels.

The only issue was that the neighbours were very noisy, and we couldn’t sleep because of them. The noise continued until around 5 a.m., which made it difficult to rest properly.

Very good value for money and great location.

It is very basic, almost like a hostel but if you just want somewhere to sleep that’s clean then it’s great. Room cleaned and fresh towels very day. Be aware in a Saturday underneath the hotel is a huge nightclub that has music blaring until 9 am Sunday morning! Solution - go and have a bee in there.There were hookers operating out of some of the rooms so beware. Easy access from the street as reception is often unmanned or receptionist busy so rooms could be broken into easily.

It's a cheap low-level hotel located right in front of the bus station, so easy to get to Potsdamer Platz, Tiergarten, Kulturcenter or other U- and S-train stations.The hotel itself very low-level, doors are like paperwalls and when you have a room looking towards the street, it is quite noisy. The rooms are clean and nice though - ok for one night or when on low budget.

The bed was lumpy and you could feel every spring in the bed. Elevator was not working. For $350 a night during marathon weekend was absolutely ridiculous.

It's beside a strip club and the beds are rock hard , we had to tie up the shower head with a rope and noise late at night is deafining

The male receptionist who checked me in was friendly.

The room was so inacceptibly dirty that I decided to book another hotel.When politely confronting the receptionist about it she became increasingly rude, accused me, and denied that the room was dirty at all even though the cleaning personal who joined us at inspecting the room admitted that pollution like hair was found on the bed.In the end the receptionist demanded that I won't leave a bad review.

Location is really good, staff helpfulness is a bonus, wifi is good, and free is appreciated.

The room heated up a lot in the middle of the day, necessitating an open window.

It does not look really nice once you get in the photos are quite misleading, our room was okay but in the toilet there was a really strong smell of fresh paint feels like it was painted the day before we arrive, we stayed for 2 days and it still was smelling like that.The shower felt like a pool the water takes so long to drain which felt very bad
