Clean comfortable and very helpful staff

The staff always keep smile and so kind, the location is not far from central just transfer 2 stop.

There no kettle for hot water .I ask for them to prepare for me ,unfortunately it full of dirty,it's seem for a long time have not to use. I abandoned.

room was cozy and modern, good heating, perfect matress and shower pressure, hot water instantly. nice shower gel and soap. room was really quiet from outdoor which was great

you could hear the noise from the other room and the cleaning staff on the corridors in the morning which made you feel pressed to leave the room for the cleaning personnel.Bartenders could not provide you with a bottle opener when I asked for one in the room.minibar products only available in the lobby but one evening the receptionist was not there so I had to buy from the lobby bar.

Breakfast was great, and the hotel is at a prime location, near Museum Island and metro station.The room was clean and confortable (you have to like seeing your face in mirrors though, and bit small for two).

Nothing bad in this hotel at this value, but the bed was a bit small (140cm), like the room. There was no desk or working area in our room, the bathroom (and toilet :/) are not well isolated from the rest of the room. Electrical outlet were only on one side of the bed. Our room would have been great for a single person, not for two.

The location is great, it is located near U Bahn

The room is small, it was hard to move around considering the fact that I had two bags. It was hard to open the curtains to get some light and the light that is in the room is simply not enough. Seems the staff forgot about us and when I reentered the hotel again they were running after me asking in which number I stayed. They left a bottle of water and a cookie for one person even though there were 2 of us( still kinda sweet and thanks for that)

The location was perfect! It was very close to the metro and we were able to do a lot of things by foot.The staff was very kind and they let us leave our baggage with them during some days we were visiting other cities.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel — great value for money. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the room itself was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was of a good size for a short stay, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The bedding was fresh and comfortable, and overall, the hotel offered a very good experience for the price.

The only downside was that the room felt a bit compact. There wasn’t enough space to comfortably open or store a large 23 kg suitcase, which made unpacking a little inconvenient. For a short stay it’s manageable, but anyone staying longer might find it difficult to organize and move around the room comfortably.

The location is near major tourist attractions, and the overall design of the room was aesthetically pleasing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The entire room was very small, including the bathroom. We didn't have space to open up our checked bag.

Rooms are starting to show their age but are still a good value when you consider the price of the other hotels in this chain, and in this location.

No chair in room & no kettle

The location is wonderful! Most of the staffs are super nice. The room is exactly like the picture and the neighborhood is crazy quiet!! While I checked in the staff offered me high floor which was very thoughtful! Definitely coming back in the future ??

The room is not big, so if you need space for opening your suitcase all the time might be a bit difficult. But for us we didn’t need much space so it was perfect for us!
