Very pleasant stay. Great location, close to Astra Kulturhaus, where we attended a concert. Very friendly staff. Good, sufficient breakfast.

nice quite hotel in residential area, but close to pub and bar district, and ostbahnhof and warschauer strasse train stations. very good value for money. underground car park right in the hotel.

Really great for a weekend stay, good location and breakfast. We also got little gifts for St. Nicholas' Day on 6th December, which was a nice touch.

Location for us was great, but it is hidden in a “Hinterhof”. Large room, friendly staff.

The facilities were ok, but please regularly clean or change the shower head, it looked not nice.

Location is amazing - right in the heart of Friedrichshain. Easy to access after-hours entrance, and there is underground parking available for 15€/day. Rooms are very clean and basic. Bed is good, linens good, shower great. We did not eat breakfast but the offer looked diverse and tasty.

No in room coffee; pillows were spare (I should have asked for a couple more, to be fair).

The location is amazing, the breakfast is simple but great, the room has a lot space and everyone was really friendly. It was a very good experience!

The only thing is that we got a bit lost when we arrived at night. They send you a message with instructions on where to find the key, etc so be aware to check your email and communications. We were a bit lost at the beginning but once we found the instructions, the steps were easier to complete.

The big and open space. The room was vast. The small outdoor place with chairs and a table was a nice touch. The bed was cozy.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, very flat and thin, so my sleep wasn’t very pleasant. But it’s a personal preference.

The hotel was great. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. I also really liked how quiet it was, and the location in general was fantastic, very close to the Uber Arena and surrounded by great places to eat and relax. I really can't praise the staff highly enough - they went above and beyond in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible (despite the public transport strike that made it difficult for us to make our bus back home - but here again they really came through in ensuring we'd be able to make the connection on time), and made us feel really well taken care of.

My single room matched the photos and was larger than expected, allowing for comfortable movement. The wardrobe was spacious, and I appreciated the large desk. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Since the hotel is located in a backyard, it was very quiet at night. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
