Room was clean, staff speaks good English

No prepayment option, wifi works for only 24 hours, located outside main city center, staff not too friendly, no confirmation email after I made the reservation and the card was not charged so I had no idea if the reservation even went through

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The guy at the reception who worked the night shift was very helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks to him for everything

We requested an electric kettle, which according to the photos should have been in the room. For which we were asked to leave a 20 euro deposit by the daytime receptionist.

It is next to bus terminal but it is a bit far from the center. Do not worry about it because it is very closed to the U-bahn and S-Bahn which is perfect.

Room was nice but there is no facilities such as minibar, kettle, bathroom kit, slipper

Slow staff, the reception area smelled of toilet. Bed moves, blankets are bit small

Room cleaning was lacking. The dust was not being vacuumed during my stay and was clogged eveywhere

Decent for the price, clean and staff helpful.

In a terrible, dodgy area feeling unsafe. Important!! There was no security access block to enter and access the elevator and the corridors leading to the rooms! So, in such a bad and unsafe area of Berlin, it is unimaginable that any person from the street could literally come upstairs right outside my room door if they wanted.

Bathroom sink was clogged again and again. It smelled. As solo traveller, I struggled a lot for basic things. There was no toothbrush, slippers. Had to go out to buy

Everything else was awful room was awful. Service was suboptimal. It was a dangerous place to stay.Exposed electrical with the elevator button and expose wires that could kill you They didn’t even refund my state. They gave me a discount for the next time. Something ridiculous like that not at all like any I was such stayed in this hotel should lose the Ibis branding.Exposed circuits for an elevator control and broken buttons that’s pure safety and they wouldn’t even help

Good location for Berlin marathon expo and easy access to uban. Staff are very helpful

While the breakfast was good and everything was fresh, the selection was small and pretty expensive for what it was.

Location is little far from centre and washroom was not clean.

Receptionists were very kind and professional, the room was ok. The hotel is in a good position.

Eventhough we arrived much earlier before check-in, the stuff was very helpfull and stored our suitcases at the hotel, so we could freely enjoy the waiting time to go and explore the city. As well we could have enter our room earlier. Big thanks for that.Room was really clean and neat, without any funky odour. It is too place to choose if you are traveling, because bus station is exactly by the hotel. We will definitely choose this place again when traveling to Berlin! 100% recomend

Good transportation options (S-Bahn and U-Bahn) within fairly short walks. Reasonably convenient to Olympic Stadium. Decent breakfast buffet.

It was only a two minute walk to the trains, the room was big and good for the price. There was a mini shop and kitchen in the lobby that had pizzas, pasta etc and drinks.

The bathroom was very tiny and the shower was extremely bad, the shower head kept falling of mid-shower. The tv remote has never been cleaned so it was very sticky.

I like it so much. It’s long from the central station but it is located very closed to Flix bus station, and there is many markets and shops near. To the hotel.I like the service and the hotel is very clean.It is near to collect transport
