The staff are very kind, attentive, and do their best to accommodate.

Nothing in this hotel worked. No matter what we asked for to make us more comfortable, it wasn?t available. Very poorly resourced and lacking in modern comfort.

The location was great. The room is spacious.

There was no complimentary bottle of water in the room.The water in sink didn’t drain properly.

The hotel deliberately misleads guests by exploiting their lack of knowledge about room categories. Despite having booked and fully paid for a Deluxe room, I was accommodated in a significantly lower-category room. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and my emails were completely ignored. This is a very dishonest practice and shows a total lack of respect for guests.Uncomfortable bed - creaking springs. Shower head broken. Apparently a single room adapted to a double room.

Location was excellent for us. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and choices. Staff very attentive to our needs and very helpful with transportation and luggage.

Did not find anything that we did not like

It was a great hotel and very glad we stayed there. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and available. The check-in / check-out process was simple. The hotel was clean and rooms seemed modern.

The breakfast was fairly expensive for the choices and overall quality. The bathrooms could be a bit more private.

Roomier room than expected, clean, airconditioned, very comfortable bed, usable working desk (okay, glass surface, but Logitech MX mouse will deal with that), friendly staff at reception, very good breakfast selection. Location turned out to be great for my week at IFA, close to several events.

Extremely slow WiFi ( < 10 Mbps down, < 25 Mbps up). That's it.

The staff were incredible, super accommodating and special thanks to Miriam who handled my requests for the Sauna times. Sauna and steam room were amazing! The breakfast variety was great.

Location is very good the hotel is very clean and renewed. Beds are very comfortable, and sleep was very good.

It’s complicated to make a stop in front of hotel when arrived by car you need to park somewhere else and get to reception

Not enough towels - 3 people in the room and only given 2 towels and no bedding for the 3rd person for their pull out bed. I had to call reception for towels/bedding and took two calls and then a two hr wait on the first night.Then, had to call again on the second night for towels for the 3rd person. Not good service.

The hotel is at a very good location, close to metro and bus station. It also had a very good breakfast variety. Our room was comfortable

The room was very cold. We set The heating system at 30 degrees, it still wasn't enough.

The hotel is located on the main street, close to many restaurants and public transportation. Getting there from the airport is relatively easy. The service at the hotel is great and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with an electric kettle and a coffee machine. We booked a room for three and got a double bed and a single pull-out bed that was comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and delicious.

The bathroom has a glass wall. Although the glass is not transparent, it still gives a feeling of lack of privacy. In addition, every light in the bathroom illuminates the entire room and disturbs sleep. The shower itself is behind a short glass wall and the water sprays out.

The bed was so comfortable, very much a bonus after a lot of christmas market exploring!

Drilling and banging at 0750hours 2 out of the 3 mornings. Very strong smell of perfume in the bar area each night.

The location was excellent. The surrounding area has lots of shops and food places, with very good transport links. All very pretty. The hotel reception felt very grand, clean and welcoming as did the staff. Our room was clean and spacious, good shower.

The room was not cleaned. The bedsheets weren't changed. The elevators were noisy so that it was herd even from the room. The breakfast was very good

The persons there a super lovely and helpful!

There is a general air con in the house that starts in the morning and ends in the evening. Its not that loud but it was bothering me a little. Otherwise it was a superbe stay.

Location, friendly staff,very clean

Good location. Out of the centre but close to rail and underground. Many bars and restaurants in the area.Rooms are spacious and modern. The reception area and bar are lovely.

The breakfast room was disappointing. Too small for the number of guests. Very overcrowded.Also the ‘hot’ breakfast options were cold/tepid.
