Staff. Some nice restaurants in area.

Hotel was not great. Staff lovely. We were in Rm. 24. Outside our room was bundled dirty laundry, approx. 40 bags. We asked Stefan, front des, on first of 3 nights when it would be removed. He said "next day". Never happened. Wifi needs improvement.

Easy access and location

Lack of a fridge and not that clean. Empty bottles found from previous visitors. Dust and poor hygiene of the sanitary installation especially in the shower.

The location was great. The street was quiet and peaceful, but I could easily hear my neighbor talking on the phone.

There was no key at all. I could only enter the hotel and my room by typing in a code, which I received via text message shortly before I arrived. Also, next to the door, a prominently displayed service request panel had red and green LED indicators for "Do Not Disturb" and "Housekeeping". There was also a small round light next to that which pretty much blinked all night. I found that slightly distracting.

Location , Great value, felt safe, would stay again. Hot water in the shower was consistent and great. bed was very comfortable. I love that once I finally was able to check in all was great.

Getting the access code to check in is the WORST !!!!! No refrigerator in the room , a small one would have be GREAT. I had to keep buying ice to put my medication on

Not really satisfied with the servers communication because they are neither responed me message nor mail. No key code sent me by email after I checked in on the first night. Than I have to book Scandic hotel, which cost 101€ for that night. The AMC should recover me for that night cost for their guilty. AMC hotel servers are lack of respinsibilities. I claimed it. Plz take take resposibility for my claim. AMC should not name as hotel because it doesn’t follow the hotel’s rules.

As apartment AMC should have frigde, micro wave, stove, plates, etc,,, But nothing

Great location, close to bars and restaurants but overall the neighborhood felt quiet. Had a nice balcony.

Overall, very pleasant stay but maybe electric kettles and tea or instant coffee could make the stay a bit more inviting.

Good location – close to both Schöneberg and Kudamm or Zoo Bahnhof, depends on your direction. Clean, quiet place, easy to find. Reasonable price.

I have tough times with my door lock – it just didn’t work properly. And since there’s no staff or reception you have no other option to solve the problem but with the help of neighbors (if they’re in their room at that moment). A bit frustrating.

The room was clean and the bed comfy

There were no staff on site at all, the coffee machine was broken our whole stay, you have to pay for WiFi and the air conditioning in the room is poor

The room is well laid out with good lighting and windows.

The room was a bit stuffy and, being on the ground floor, I could not sleep with windows open. Maybe insect screens could be considered so that windows can be left open at night without it being a security and insect risk.

Its the best, the location is good. Excellent building The value was nothing compared to the property.It offers free cappuccino coffee everything

Room was nice an spacious. I got lucky I was next to the coffee machine.

There was no staff onsight. I had trouble checking in and nobody to help me. I had to wait until I was able to connect online to get some help

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy rooms. Not our first stay, recommend.Important- you have to register online before stay to get access codes!!!!

This accommodation offers a good value for money. The room was spacious, modern in old beautiful building and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are new. Even had a nice balcony. Very silent road so no noise in rooms.

I think the accommodation could consider some expectation management and improve communications with people who have booked accommodation. This is not really a hotel as there is no services typical for hotel: front reception, breakfast, laundry service, free internet etc. The accommodation sends automatic information email for guests after they have done check in. In the message, it says that you should inform the hotel your breakfast preference by certain hour. The trick is that the hotel does not serve breakfast. So some hiccups here and there. If this was called "self-check in motel etc", expectations of guest would be managed and they would be positively surprised.

That everything is automatized and I didn’t have to communicate with employees ,self check in definitely their good side

It was cold during the nights ,batteries were also cold so I had to sleep in clothes

It's a very big room for a very good price. I understand Germans use two different sheets for a king sized bed but that's something uncomfortable for foreigners. Pillows might have been better. Overall a good option

It was clean and the location was nice.

There is no staff. There are no kettles or mini fridge in the rooms. Nobody picks up phone calls. Too many strict rules about the check-in process. My friend was not allowed to stay in the hotel even though they paid in full, just because they were one hour late to online check-in.

Location is very comfortable. Close to the public transport and to one of the city centers. Kadewe is right next to the hotel. It was charming and clean building.

We have iron and hairdryer but we doesn't have slippers or fridge... that is, I personally think, an essentials that should be in a every hotel room. Pillows were super high, but for everyone it's a different
