I was not able to make my trip to Berlin. This hotel quickly refunded my deposit. I am grateful for their integrity, and I am hopeful that I will be able to travel that way again.

Customer Service will still charge a handicap and blind person who can't read and see for a hotel.

Sauna was closed- we've got no information about that

Wifi didn't work upstairs in our room, but that is being picky.

Everything was great! Clean and spacious rooms and great staff. Great breakfast and free beer.

We love staying here because it's close to our work event. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast is tasty. We will stay again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the tram station which made it easy to reach the city center. The staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, especially a lady named Lisa who answered every question with patience and supported all the guests.

The location was a bit far from the city center and the breakfast could have been better.

Super quiet, nice gym and sauna, beer garden in the back, 1 min from bus & 5 min from tram, 5 min from lake, staff super friendly and free minibar w refills during our stay. Will book again.

Nothing all great

We had a free upgrade to business suite which was nice as we travelled with a group of friends and we could invite them to have some brunch or dinner in the room together. Toilets and the little kitchenette were extra clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and nice.

Not a big deal since everything else was super clean, but we spotted some dead insects behind the curtains (balcony wall) in the sleeping room. These hidden spots just need a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Also it seemed that the temperature control didn’t work in our room since it was pretty chill during the night.

Service was friendly, helpful, and very cooperative.

The rooms were clean, but tired looking. Time to renovate.

Reception staff are excellent. People will say it looks old, but I think it’s nostalgic of a time 20 years ago.

I prefer a sauna/relax room people wear swimming costumes.AC controls didn’t work, we just opened and closed the balcony door to control temperature instead.
