Everything, it was super good located, the staff were friendly and the room was pretty and clean

Quirky styled, spotlessly clean well run hotel serving a decent breakfast . Centrally located in what we felt was a good area . Many nice restaurants and bars close by. Links to public transport few metres from the hotel, this is really important as Berlin is a huge city to exolore. In my opinion it is the staff that really make this hotel such a pleasure to stay in . We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Louisa at check in , Julio also on reception was so helpful and generous with his time giving us directions and guiding us to places of interest , a really pleasant young man . Also the blonde lady at breakfast went out of her way to make sure that we were well looked after , unfortunately I didn’t catch her name . Last but not least the lovely young guy from housekeeping , nothing was too much trouble . Over all we would highly recommend this hotel for a break in Berlin.

It was in a fantastic location and the room was very clean, staff friendly and the bed was comfortable. We never ate in the restaurant but from what I saw the food looked good.

The room was very warm, which made it difficult to sleep. However it was very mild in Berlin when we were there. Had it been much colder it would have probably been ok. We never said to reception but I’m sure they would have sorted the problem if asked. We were out exploring for most of the trip so didn’t bother raising the issue.When it was advertised as a free minibar I was disappointed that it was only soft drinks. It would have been nice to perhaps have had a couple of bottles of local beer or something.

Clean and modern hotel, with welcoming and hospitable atmosphere and sweet people working there. And great breakfast which you just can't skip. I enjoyed my short stay very much and would recommend this place for all my friends coming to Berlin!

Normal rooms, location is ok.

There is not available tea and coffee in the room. For me it is old school.. especially in winter period. Coffee costs 5 eur in hotel bar.

Good location, clean, comfortable.

Slippers were missing and once we arrived earlier we were offered with the available room earlier than official check in time (3 pm) for 30 euro price.It wasn’t professional. I have never been offered to pay for the room which is ready. Sounded cheap.You either offer the earlier ready room or kindly ask guest to wait for check in time. Usually hotels make offers to upgrade to something nicer or offering available room earlier as a bonus, but not trying to make additional money out of it.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located next to the U and S Bahn stations and easy to get about if you want to visit the key tourist sites. Our room was really nice and spacious. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels and a freshly re-stocked (free) mini bar fridge!

The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. Also very nice staff at the bar. Great place to stay for a weekend

Airco was not working properly.

It was a good clean room and hot shower. It was close to the u barn making it easy to get around the city.

There were no tea making facilities.

A very positive experience. A clean quiet comfortable room, really pleasant staff, and an interesting vibrant foyer with a decent bar.

The breakfast coffee isn't good, but there's a great coffee shop 20m down the street,

the hotel was lovely, modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Regarding the location we were two stops on the underground (100metres from hotel) from central location. We only had one drank there and we didn't eat there but the food looked very nice. (we had prior reservations for food elsewhere)

A very nice business hotel. The free minibar and jelly babies were a nice treat.

Very poor WiFi- we were dogged by connection problems for the hotel WiFi and mobile. No idea if there are wider issues in Berlin. Breakfast service completely takes over the lobby. Still a lack of seating. Long quees for food.

Friendly helpful staff, open 24 hours for check in, central location, great hotel with all you’d expect but also with personality, lovely atmosphere, great room, modern.

There were no coffee /tea making facilities in the room.

A clean contemporary reception, dining area and bar. Bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom had plenty of space with a very large shower. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice for vegetarian guests but more vegan options would be welcome. Fantastic to have healthy drinks in the freezer mini bar and topped up daily when used.

It was very noisy in reception on the night we arrived. A DJ was set up by the main door providing music for the bar. Great to have this available but could be a bit quieter in an open plan space.

Facility and food , also a sauna

It is too noise early on the morning because the hotel is along the street where the cars passby. I will book any hotel along the Main Street for cars

The location was perfect and the place is very nice

The breakfast was not that good, the hummus was in bad state and the pancakes were like from the day before, they were hard and dry
