H+ Hotel Berlin Mitte

This hotel has excellent service, pristine cleanliness, super comfortable beds, a really nice and totally sufficient breakfast. The lovely rooms are bright during the day and you can make them dark at night. The staff are so thoughtful.

lobby was more or less not existing, breakfast staff was really slow to bus the table

Reception Staff are more than helpful, to the point of doing a print out of my travels into Berlin using the bus, tram & the U-Bahn.

Breakfast was a good selection to choose from.

Brilliant location. Everything was lovely and clean. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble

This is my second stay at this hotel and again I am very satisfied. I can say that the location, breakfast, rooms, and price are excellent. The staff are also very polite, helpful, and friendly

Although it was clean but no-one came to clean the room/ take care of the garbages and used teacups, for 3 nights I spent there. ?

Location was great for getting around Berlin. Room was extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately the sauna was working when I was looking forward to using it after a great day walking around Berlin, these things happen.

Breakfast was nice. Front desk staff was very responsive.

Loved everything

As it’s name « Mitte », it’s nicely centered and at walking distance from many attractions. I was glad to walk just 22 min from the central train station to the hotel

The breakfast is incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Its a brand new facility.

The rooms are too small. The only space to open a suitcase was in front of the door. Definitely no room to open 2 suitcases. Also the shower temp is set too low. You couldn't get the hottest shower.

excellent breakfast, location is good with tram stops nearby and within walking distance to sightseeing.

the price was too high for a basic hotel. I paid 175 Euro for two people in a very small room.

The room was quiet and had all of the basic necessities and layout with comfortable bed and bedding, wardrobe, table and chair.Breakfast was good, but very limited choice of fresh fruits.

Arrival was a not as expected and the clerk was resistant to fufill my specific request for a quiet room This was requested in my room reservation and i was told they didn't have one but I could switch the next day which wasn't an option for me due to my schedule the following day, and the idea was unwelcoming after a terrible train ride from Munich to Berlin which ended up being 11+ hours insted of 5 hours due to an accident on the tracks. After being persistent with her, she "found" me a quiet room.The room was designed to be handicap accessible, but honestly, I don't know how one would navigate this room with a handicap. The bathroom door was incredibly heavy, opening outward into the room and wouldn't stay open, making it awkward to access the bathroom if one was mobility challenged. In the bathroom, the shower was in the corner and outfitted for mobility impaired people, but there was nothing to prevent the water from going everywhere with nothing but a flimsy curtain and no way to contain the water, thus making the floor slick and hazardous.Excellent location in terms of access to public transportation and feeling safe as a solo woman traveler. Grocery store, Apotek and restaurants all within walking distance.

The room facing the busy road is not sound proof, i could hear the tram, the ambulance and people talking whole night!This made my stay less pleasant.Apart from the young guy and the elderly man at reception, staffs were overall very cold and unfriendly.

Location was totally accessible by foot to all the excursions we planned.

Noise. Morning thru the night - it is one loud street.

Centrally located and within walking distance to lots of attractions in Berlin. ie) Alexander Platz, Brandenburg Tur, Museum Islands Art Institut, Hauptbahnhof, Tiergarten Park, Gendarmenmarkt, lots of cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room to move about. Breakfast was great with an excellent variety of options for every taste.

Our room faced the Main Street, it was a little noisy only when emergency vehicles drove by, but otherwise quiet.

Location close to train station and other transit. Great and varied breakfast; clean and good sized rooms for 2 friends sharing the space. Even a small desk where I could work when I needed to.

Was a bit far away from the main areas of interest though still walkable.
