ibis Hotel Berlin Mitte

This hotel is incredibly close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. I loved the breakfast btw and everything was exactly as it should be. The staff were exceptionally kind and always solution-oriented.

I think the check-in time is a bit too late. I mean it’s a serious issue, especially for those who arrive in the city early.

-Rooms are old and "used"-Broken AC-You could even hear your next door neighbors snoring

The hotel is located at a very good location, 10 mins away from Alexanderplatz. It has safe parking, costs 10 euro a day. The check-in procedures were fast ans smooth. The room was clean.

Beds keep sliding, rooms are a little small, you'll have problem to fit if you have big luggages.

Uncomfortable beds, saggy mattress, no storage in bathroom so your toiletry bag has to sit on the floor , no Netflix although TV supports it even if I want to use my own account.

There could be a kettke and few tea’s in the room. Slippers could be added to the price

The location was good.

The room cleaning was poor. Interestingly, they didn't refill our shampoo when it ran out. The staff at reception were not friendly at all.

Very spacious room which is comfortable both for rest and for work if needed, good wi-fi. Great breakfast with all sorts of food and dishes. The location is just 5 mins from all the places of interest, 8 mins from the nearest grocery store. Very safe accommodation.

Firealarm went off on another floor during our stay, whole hotel got evacuated, the staff seemed helpless and noone knew whats going on until the firefighters arrived.

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean and cozy.

A nice hotel near Alexanderplatz.I particularly liked that there is a place for the suitcase right next to the entry: you don't have to carry it across the room or stumble over it when entering or exiting the room. It is quite rare in the hotels from my experience.

Good location and good value for money. It’s basic but clean

Very noisy when you want to have the window open. Matrasses are old and not very comfortable.

Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper, the staff seemed grumpy all the time, a fridge would have been helpful….

The beds were very comfortable, it was very clean, our party was given adjoining rooms, walking distance close to the town

It was too hot, they didn’t tell us we could ask for a kettle and so didn’t get one till the last day, also no mini fridge to keep out drinks cold

Everything was perfect, thanks! Towels changed everyday, parking very easy, location ok, nice view of tv tower, big size room

Breakfasts may not have a wide variety of options, each day it's mostly the same, but they are tasty and enjoyable
