Petit Wannsee GmbH

The location was good, no breakfast included.

I arrived late at night around 10pm, and I messaged the property many times before that to tell them about the time of arrival, they did not reply, and when I arrived, no one was there, I had to wait for 30mins after I looked for their number on booking.com, they told me they tried calling me but they didn't. So I waited outside for someone to come and check me in "fastly". Also the room was dirty, spider webs and spiders, the shower drain was not properly working, and the tap water came out "brown" the first time I opened it.

Location near Wannsee and next to Asian restaurant.

The shower was dysfunctional and after every time there was a flood on the floor.

Nice location, good facilities and cosy restaurant.

Very noisy street and loud cleaning staff in the morning on the hallways. Room was slightly dirty with a few spiders in the corner of the room and dirty glasses on the sink. Unfortunate since the facilities were great otherwise.

Location

The room, the facilities, the bed, shower, the toilet

Good location, clean room and friendly staff

Old shower and leaked all over the floor, an electric socket was hanging off the bedroom wall and breakfast expensive for what was served.

Loved the lobby and restaurant and cute Courtyard

No hot water available for showers, and we were promised reimbursement but it never came

Extremely friendly staff !
