Cons -
- We selected two single beds for our stay and instead we were given a room with two beds stuck together. We asked the stuff and they told us to seperate the beds but there was not enough space to do so. This is not our duty as guests as well.A day after they’ve told us to switch the rooms but it was too much bother so we stayed. Also they tell you can have one free drink at the bar but the bar is never available :) I wouldn’t be the one chasing just one free drink but I found this funny.
- Duvets - I had 2 single duvets instead of 1 double, which meant at times in the night, I was fighting with them both Bacon - on all 3 days, the bacon was hard, crisp and overcooked. It snapped. I struggled to find edible pieces on Monday and Tuesday, but eventually did. I couldn't eat any of it today.
- Bar was not in service for 2 nights

Cozy room, good beds, quiet room
Nice rooms. Shower was small.
Bar was not in service for 2 nights
Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
Dishes werent very clean.
Great stay at Leonardo Hotel! Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the location is excellent—subway just around the corner.
The Wi-Fi
wonderful breakfast, very convenient location (u-bahn metro is around the corner, lots of shops and budget eating places in the neighbourhood), good sound insulation provided good sleep, tea kettle available in the room, complimentary water added, friendly staff, well cleaned, bar opened until midnight
The room was really cold when we arrived, we switched on the heating, but as we checked in really late, we still we were really freezing the first night.
It was great this time!First time was free for my dogs))Breakfast is very good, variety simple and delicious eating
Good location, clean, nice bar

Leonardo Berlin is a very comfortable, well run hotel conveniently located in the heart of the Charlottenburg district. Easy access to transportation and within walking distance of many good restaurants. A wonderful breakfast buffet is available, rooms are quiet (apart from some street noise) all spaces are clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
On our first night we were awoken around 4 am and kept awake for over an hour by delivery personnel working on the street down below our room. This only occurred on the one night. I'm wondering if the rooms facing away from the street might be quieter.
It was clean.
I booked to stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Laexanderplatz, it seems there was a mixup and somehow I ended up with a booking at the Bismarckstrasse Leonardo Hotel. The location was inconvenient and impractical. Qlso it was not what I had requested. I paid a lot of money for one night stay. Staff also did not try to accommodate me and told me to complain to Booking.com which I did and it appears nothing was done.I was also told by Staff that here were no places available at any ither branches. My friend booked the next three nights at the Alexanderplqtz Leonardo Hotel, so the receptionist did not try to be helpful and was not being truthful.
Excellent staff, very friendly, courteous, and helpfulRooms were clean and service was prompt Breakfast was the best. Also, they packed us a lunchbox because we had an early departure and were about to miss our breakfast.
We enjoyed everything about the property
Comfortable beds, an elevator, and complimentary drinking water in the room. A standard breakfast with a choice of dishes. The maids are very friendly, as are the waiters in the restaurant. The metro station is a 3-minute walk away. The city center is about a half-hour metro ride away.
We booked two rooms for our group, both of which are wheelchair accessible, which isn't always convenient and often even a nuisance. Perhaps all the hotel rooms are accessible, but with children, it was inconvenient. The vegetables at breakfast weren't fresh. Parking is subject to availability and is subject to a fee. It cost us €72 for four nights. In one of the rooms the heating was not adjustable and it was very hot.
Nice lobby, good location and comfortable beds.
No fridge in the room, terrible coffee, staff looked at me like I was crazy for asking for a bowl for my dog and said they don’t have any, despite this being a hotel that accepts dogs and extra fee we paid for our pet. Very slow internet.
Great location right beside the Bismarckstrabe train stop. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good with a great choice of foods. Breakfast room so Clean and staff were lovely.
Our room was extremely hot. Even when we turned the heating off altogether we still needed to open the window to cool the room down. This was the only negative.
I keep reviewing this because I keep staying here! So same story - great hotel, great value for money, nice rooms, bar, shops and U Bahn nearby, Charlottenburg shopping centre 5 minutes away. Charlottenburg Castle 10 minutes walk away. What more could you want?
Nothing. Wonderful hotel and the best breakfast you could want!
A nice, comfortable hotel located in an excellent area of the city. Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and convenient access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. A very good option for staying two or three nights.
Location excellent for us. Have stayed a few times. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bathrooms and shower cubicles are very small. This visit we had to ask for handwash and shower gel as both empty. Bit broken off bottom shower cubicle door and a lot of stains on carpet.. breakfast didn’t seem as much choice as usual. Was women up to ask when they could clean our room which didn’t really need cleaned. Bar shuts very punctual
I really liked the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. There are cafés and grocery stores nearby, and the metro station is very close, with a direct line to the city centre that takes up to 30 minutes. The room had everything necessary, with a daily cleaning service. Breakfasts were quite varied and tasty, with a good selection of options. A big plus was the possibility to stay with a dog for an additional fee. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Berlin.
The room was a little dark for me, but this is just my personal preference, as I like brighter rooms. I did not notice any other negatives.
Clean, comfortable.
The room was smaller than I expected.
