Motel Home Berlin

Very clean and nice, there was enough space for everything we had and it was all very comfortable. Next time we go to Berlin we'll go here again. Would definitely recommend it here.

As soon as I stepped into the reception room and was welcomed by the manager, I felt like this was the right place. The warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness aren't easy to find, even at places that cost twice as much per night.

It's slightly noisy outside (neighbors) and the tab water didn't taste too great. But it wasn't a problem at all, and clearly outweighed by how much the staff cared about the guests' well-being. Astonishingly great service.

The room was pretty simple but had all we needed for one night (bathroom and a bed:-)). It was cozy, clean and warm, the bed was on the softer side but comfortable for us. We appreciated the possibility to stay with our dog (20 Eur/night) which was one of the reasons we picked Motel Home. The motel premises and neighbourhood were quiet at night.

Slight inconveniences that didn't matter much for a 1 night stay but could be a problem for longer stays: -extremely low pressure of water in the shower-smelly shower curtain-the window in the ground floor room had no curtains, the only way to get privacy was to pull down the blinds that blocked all day light-onsite parking is 14 Eur/night and needs to be reserved beforehand. However it is possible to park on the street for free.

Bed was really comfartable.everything was clean n staff was really helpful and friendly.

The size of the double room was ok. The check in was smooth and the staff was kind and helpful and they spoke English.

No kettle in the room. Not too much parking space. 10€ extra fee for the parking spot.

The rooms are neat and compact, it has everything you need. The small fridge was really practical. The housekeeper was very friendly and was there two answer all questions if needed. The property has a lot of outdoor seating and even the possibility to grill. The owner was also very friendly and helpful!

It was a bit further away from the subway then I expected. However, there is a busstop just around the corner.

The location is great. Perfect breakfast options close by. Subway 10.min walk

Was really hot in a room

very clean and comfortable bed. close to supermarkets. Good shower power. It was quiet so We had a good rest after clubbing. We could borrow kettle with cups & cutlery. enough clean towels, also new towels were provided during 3 nights stay.

I stayed here because of a wedding that took place nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean and I had a very pleasant sleep since the area is very quiet. The room has all you need! Restaurants are like 10 min away by foot, and there's plenty of choices.

A nice accomodation in a great locality, very friendly and helpfull stuff, very clean bathroom including soaps and towels :-) Great balance quality/price, will come again, thank you.

The place had nice amenities, such as the bbq and the staff was very friendly. It is close to the supermarket and the tempelhof park which is nice.

While the place was quite clean in general, the sofa could have been a bit cleaner and the drawer with cutlery as well had some dirt. Some of the kitchen items like the pan could be changed.

Very clean and the staff were very friendly. A bigger room was available when we arrived so they ungraded us without asking.

Excellent value for money, simple but functional, clean, super friendly and supportive staff. If you just need a base to sleep and keep your stuff, that’s the place.

It’s a distance to public transport

Location was convenient for me. I liked the security. I felt safe there as a single, older woman. The staff was very responsive, polite, and friendly. There is an Aldi’s two blocks away and the room has a mini fridge.

The price was really high for the room. It is a very small room with little space. The bed fits from wall to wall. Very comfortable but the price did not match the value.

Owners were very nice property was very clean everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Owners even showed us around the property overall very nice people and will be coming back to the same motel home in the summer

The manager was very friendly and flexible upon my check-in. The checkout was also straightforward.
