Nu Wave Hotel Berlin - Digital Check-In

The staff was absolutely lovely. The space had what I needed and the breakfast was perfect.

Location is great. The heating was very generous. The windows were large, beautiful and looked onto a typical Berlin common yard. The room was quite clean (the bathroom being the exception). Lots of in room storage and space to move about.

The service was inconsistent and lacked focus. At different times there were miscommunications between the hotel staff and myself which caused limited grief. The shower and toilet were not cleaned sufficiently. The shower displayed spots of mold and the shower head was broken. The toilet’s hinges were filthy and overlooked during cleaning. The floor and furniture creaked with every step. The walls were so thin that you could hear every movement outside of the room. Our room was additionally placed next to the elevator, which made noise at peak hours, disrupting our down time.

Barely its location

In the middle of the night, when we were in sleep, bed got broken.There was a dead arm chair. It was broken aswell.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The simple breakfast was also a great touch.

The walls were thin so we got woken up by the neighbors alarm in the morning.

Very basic hotel in a quiet location. There is a small breakfast served downstairs and you can get free coffee/ tea throughout the day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit dirty and dorm like. it was fine for one person and i barely spent time there but it was not great

I was just too hot and was no event possible to open the window, no air conditioner

Customer service was excellent, and the staff is lovely. I dropped off my luggage early and was unable to arrive before 3 pm, when the check-in desk closes. They assigned me a room and took care of putting my luggage inside when it was ready. I arrived at 8 pm directly to the room and my luggage was there. They also offer pastries and coffee/tea in the morning for free!

The online check-in and not having anybody to go after 3 pm for questions threw me off, but it all went well in the end. The restroom looked clean but had a smell

I wish the windows would have been able to open wider, at times it felt that there could have been more air in the room.

soulless place, no staff, code on doors not obvious at all, I might have staid out hadn't another guest helped

The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and there was plenty of space. Appreciated the clear check-in instructions— I wouldn’t have found my room without them. Hosts were responsive by message.

The floors were not clean— I found bugs and dirt around the baseboards. Not easy to find entrances and exits.

This stuff was nice and let us do an early check-in.‏ the descriptions on how to get into the apartment where really clear.

The NuWave hotel is advertised as being digital access, which was convenient because of our timing, and it was all explained in a video received after booking. It worked perfectly, although there were also receptionists some of the time, who were very friendly and helpful. I was there for clubbing, so easy access through the night was vital. The hotel was easily accessed from the airport, within walking distance of eating places and the Berghain, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'd completely recommend it and use it again.

No criticisms

Totally waste of money. It is just a bog of our shoe rack. Kitchen is waste. No basic vessel. Even Plates. Toliet is very small not even you can take your shower. Location is also outside of Berlin and no basis shops near this property. We never recommend to this any one. Please don’t chose this property.

Totally waste of money

Place was fine, location off the beaten track, but close enough to public transportation. Clean and serviceable, but not much more than that.

Soft bed, cleanliness, location. I never met the personnel but the communication about entry code and direction was good.Loved the shower!

It felt like I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. and It was creepy that some men tried to enter my room at 4 AM because they were drunk and couldn't find their room.The safe was locked so I couldn't use it Did not have breakast. I was told there would be complimentary coffee 7.30 on Sunday morning when I left. But the personnel had not arrived at 7.40, so no coffee for me :'(Not enough hooks to hang towels

very kind and nice staff. I liked the fact that there was a lot of space to store our clothes. Everything clean. Good self check in
