Erlanger Hof

We went to explore Berlin and not to stay in a hotel room. The room is good enough for 3 people. Bed mattresses are soft and you get a good rest after a busy day. Daily room cleaning. European breakfast meets expectations. We did not hear the neighbours. Service personnel are very friendly and hospitality on a high level. Once I need to come back definetely will think to book this hotel again. Thank you very much.

The staff were friendly, allowed us to check in a couple of hours early when we arrived.

We were charged for breakfast on the last day we were there, when we didn't eat there. I only discovered this much later.

Our go-to lodging when visiting our son in Berlin. Convenient, comfortable room/bed, and staff very helpful.We seek to book the slightly larger “comfort” rooms, when visiting for multiple days.

No traffic noise

Advertised and booked at one price charged £11.00 more on the bill. Room pretty worn, external lift. Poor sound proofing.

The staff were all fantastic. Extremely helpful and welcoming.

Just very basic - but I can't complain as I knew this when I was booking.

Near, clean, friendly

A spacious room and, generally, a helpful and informative and responsive staff. I didn't have breakfast so that is Not applicable. The room and the hotel were reasonably clean and well maintained.

The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable especially since I specifically requested a firm mattress in my booking. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable. As it turns out the hotel location vis-a-vis the city of Berlin is not particularly convenient for most tourist related activities. It IS more convenient to the BER Airport but that doesn't outweigh the general lack of a convenient location.

The pillows is v.very bad , I'm was steyed in non smoking room but unfortunately the bathroom room smiled sigaret, the restaurant is very good but they should be daily renewal

The room was very spacious, we didn't expect that! It also had an electric kettle we used to make some tea to warm us up due to the cold weather. The location was amazing, only a very short walk to the next U-Bahn station (Rathaus Neukölln) and a little longer to another one (Hermannplatz), but the room was extremely quiet. Staff were really nice, the person who welcomed us even showed us to our room.

The breakfast didn't have that many options for people who don't eat meat. Two out of three of us are vegetarian, we found something to eat, but for the price of breakfast, we would have hoped for some more options, for vegans it would be even worse (I did not ask if there were special options, tho, so it's possible you'd have to ask for special requests). The beds were a little too soft.

Well located practically next to the U bahn and a hassle free stay.

The curtains didn't fully cover the windows and outside a movement activated lamp would shine straight into our room and bed.

The hotel is well located, close to public transportation. The room was clean and very spacious, particularly the bathroom. It also has two bedrooms, so three people can sleep comfortably.

There were some works on the street close to the hotel when we stayed, so moving around was a little difficult. This is only temporary, in any case.
