Pros +
- We did not get the breakfast. The place was exactly what we were looking for. It was centrally located, simple, economical and clean. It is not luxury, but it was what we expected for the price we wanted to pay.
- Great location at a very affordable rate, especially considering that it was during the Berlin marathon. The staff were friendly and the room had all it needed. Comfy little lobby with a little kiosk/café that was open from 08-19.
- It was quite an OK stay, but you don't expect anything special. It is a regular accommodation with regular rooms. The greatest thing is the location, it is near all major sightseeing spots, and there is a subway a block away. Everything was easy to find, check-in was smooth, although they close the main gate at 7pm, they have an alternative way for late check-in and entering the hotel from the back.
Cons -
- Nothing worth complaining about.
- The room has heating, however, there are big windows, so it was a bit cold. It was not a big deal for me, you just need to dress more. Even though the bathroom is shared, you have it pretty much for yourself (devoted to each room separately). It is just separated out of the main room and you need to walk through the hall to the end of the hall.
- The separate bathroom. It's better than a community bathroom though.

The A/C was good,, loud, but good. The room was clean, very good location.
The separate bathroom. It's better than a community bathroom though.
The location was good.
This facility is anything but a hotel. It was 2 rooms with 2 different numbers within the same main door, and a shared bathroom. But since we paid for a private room with a private bathroom, we locked the main door and placed a chair behind the door so that if anyone comes, we will be notified. It was extremely noisy. Not sure whether the doors were broken or all neighbors were mad about something unknown. The walls were thinner than paper, and you could hear everything. The elevator was not working, and moving a stroller to the second floor was not pleasant. seemed very unsafe, and we slept in order to protect ourselves.
The hotel is worth the money and has a really great location in the heart of Berlin! Public transport is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Some attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate are a 20-30 minute walk away. The hotel is always open and even at night you can enter the hotel through the back door. The room and toilet are always clean, they clean every day. The room was always quiet, even though the rooms were located very close to each other and there were other guests there.
Breakfast that costs an extra 10 euros is not worth the money. Breakfast is served buffet style. Breakfast is very poor without a hot dish and with minimal choices. I recommend choosing another place for breakfast.
The location is great, and the room was decent—nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose.
The staff were not friendly, and when we requested a kettle, they provided a broken one that didn’t work. We tried to contact the property about this issue, but even after two weeks, we still haven’t received any response. Very disappointing customer service.
Location
Interier, bathroom
It was relatively cheap, but the room was smelly
The shower, is not functional, you need to keep the shower in your hand.
Clean, polite staff and great location. Bathroom was very clean and new. This is the place i will stay on my next Berlin trip.
Great location in the city centre. Friedly stuff. Spacious and clean room. Good value for the money.
The bathroom is a little further away from the room. Large glass windows light up the room, but it can be hotter in the summer (no air conditioning).
The location of the hotel is fabulous - just a short walk of 10 minutes or so to all the attractions of Berlin. Wilhelmstrasse is just one street away with lots of history attached.
It is a 2* hotel and rather basic but you get what you pay for....
Bathroom is a little way from bedroom even though private and it is locked. This means lots of unlocking.Requested a jug for tea and it was no trouble
Super central and spacious clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Easy late check in :)Good price, especially as the location is central.
The location was perfect for my transport to my work location, as there are a couple of train lines nearby. It was also easy to connect with Friedrichstrasse station for the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the area is quiet.
The reception is open from 07.00 to 19.00, and I had early starts and late returns. The staff were able to accommodate this, but if I hadn't been able to collect my key on the morning of my first day, I have no idea how I would have been able to access the hotel later.
Great location . Inexpensive parking.
You cannot leave/re-enter parking after 7pm, as only staff can open the gate. Violating german regulations by not having a smoke detector in the room. Dangerous screws stickig out from doorsill to bathroom, running socks and hurting feet. Bathroom not very clean, mold in bathroom tile joints painted over in very clumsy way.
Friendly personnel, nice and clean room. I loved the huge window in which I could sit and watch people walk by.
I wish that a simple breakfast, or at least coffee/tea, was included for hotel guests. Cleaning personnel started speaking loud in the hallways already at 08 in the morning unbeknownst that their talk was waking people up.
Location, staff
Not that comfortable bed
Great location. Big room. Very clean. Julia , staff lady was awesome! Good value for location, size, and cleanliness.
Nothing not to like
A clean spacious room with private bathroom. comfortable beds, and a clean shower. It was good value for the money.
The only problem was the very low reception of wifi in the room. and the front office closes at 7pm.
