Clean and convenient for getting to the airport.

The downside is that the room had an internal door to another room without any soundproofing, so we could hear the neighbors very clearly throughout the night.Additionally, I couldn’t check in on time and had to wait about 40 minutes for the cleaning to be finished.

Very quiet and comfortable. The heat is effective. The hotel is located in a quiet community near S Bahnhof Karlshost.

The hotel is close to public transportation and the access there is easy. Also, they kept my backpack after my check out for a few hours.

The room is exactly like in the pictures.

Great opportunity to see an area a bit further from the city centre. Clean and tidy room. Warm and friendly staff.

It might take a bit longer to reach the facilities, than a place closer to the city centre. Therefore, you need to plan your itinerary accordingly.

Good location for transport links, local park for running in. Quiet neighbourhood.

The only issue I had was that the hotel is split in two by a main road & it wasn't made clear in the hotel info when booking.

It was my second time in this hotel. It was a big, simply but clean room, with everything needed. Location is not that far from S-bahn station. Breakfast is nice.

The rooms were repaired quite a long time ago, so it might be a disadvantage in case you expect something "modern". Otherwise it has everything needed. And it is clean.

Perfect location for our purposes. Room clean and more than adequate . The staff was responsive to request for room change.

The facilities was very clean and comfortable . Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The location very good to commute to get tram our train station close by.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the tram stop, easy to reach the center of Berlin by public transport. We got a free parking space in the hotel yard. The staff is very nice and friendly. The room is quite spacious, large bathroom.

In daylight you can definitely see that the carpet in the room is stained and the curtain is dirty. Other than these things, the room is really clean. Also, the decision to keep the hairdryer in the closet is strange. Since we were staying for a short time, I didn't check the closet. In the morning I wanted to dry my hair, but there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. When I went to the reception, they said they didn't have one. Later, my boyfriend just found the hairdryer in the closet in the room.

Friendly and polite staff. A spotlessly clean facility. The location is extremely quiet and refined. The hotel is also very close to both the tram line and the S-Bahn line.

It would be great to have coffee and kitchen services available all day.

Receptionists are all very friendly.The space is nice and cozy. Very clean! Biggest advantage over others.

Location was affordable, easily accessible by train. The hotel was very quiet.

Booking page of the hotel says that it has free parking. It does not, parking is just on the street

We slept in a hospital bed! See attached picture for evidence. Beware that the parking is limited and the rooms are divided between the building you see in the picture and an elderly home apartment building across the street where the rooms seemed to have served as a hospital. That’s the room we got. Hilarious but also pathetic. The bed I slept with was operable by a remote and had wheels!

Everything was like what I expected. The reception gave me a water boiler when I need some hot water for drinking, which is appreciable. The rooms and beds were clean. You can easily get to the city center by train and tram. The stuff were friendly and supportive. It is recommended to put a mini-fridge in the rooms, instead of TV set.

The floor of the bathroom could be cleaner. The breakfast was not included and a bit expensive to add to the package.

The room is a bit small

i stayed in this hotel for a few days and it was wonderful ! starting from the staff and the room was very comfortable, warm and there were all the essentials that you need in your stay ! would totally come back ^^
