Hotel Sedes Berlin

I am completely satisfied with the hotel! The room was clean and bright, the breakfast was delicious. The ground-floor location was ideal for traveling with my pet and my requested parking spot was ready when I arrived.

Staff are very friendly.Breakfast is good and well prepared.Strong water pressure through shower head.

Towls are a little rough.

Breakfast was a bit narrow with selection.No eggs, any kind.Mo bacon no sausage.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we were very late getting back to our room. Always had a smile on their face. An extra bed for my 2 year old son was also prepared in advance. Free parking at the hotel is limited, but it is easy to find a parking space on the surrounding streets.

It was a perfect accomodation for such money. The location is great, 15 min tram ride from Alexanderplatz. The conditions in the room were basic, but there was absolutely clean.

The fan in the bathroom was too loud and I had no idea how to turn it off. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom

The staff were lovely and very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the time range for having breakfast. The room was a good size with views over the city and though it was near a busy road the traffic sounds were minimal.

The soap containers in the bathroom were empty and although there was a kettle in the room there were no mugs or teas and coffees which I would have expected at the price. The towels did the job but were pretty rough.

We stayed at this hotel which was spacious and clean, easy parking, delicious warm breakfast and the staff we received on the night of our arrival were attentive , helpful and thoughtful.

There was some noise in the roadside room which we stayed at.It would be better to install an air conditioner for summer stay.

Somewhat distant from the centre of the city.

I was travelling to Berlin to take an exam in a nearby prometric center, so I needed a place to stay so I can be rested for the exam. The place was ok. It had good breakfast included and staff was friendly. I didn't have any issue during my stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was how hot the room gets. I like sleeping in a cool temperature and the room didn't have AC. The hotel is located next to a busy road so I also couldn't open windows because it was very loud.

Room was clean, spacious and I couldn't expect more. Breakfast was also good, each staff were friendly and always smiling.

Only thing which bothered me a little bit was the noise of traffic coming from the main road in front of the hotel, even at night when windows were all closed. That was probably because I was in a road facing room.

The rooms were neat and orderly but a little dimly lit for nighttime reading. There was only one soap provided for body and hair to wash. I wish that was mentioned in other reviews so I could have brought my own soap. The breakfast was excellent, filling and well cared for. Everything was tidy and chilled as it should be. The women who was on staff the day that I came was extremely friendly and so helpful. She printed directions for me, helped me with the key, told me the easiest ways to travel around Berlin. An all around excellent member of staff(possibly owner). The location was vital to my business stay and I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more located within easy walking distance.

The man that I met the night that I checked in was complete opposite. Gruff, rude and very unhelpful. Day and night between the service. If I had not had the pleasure of meeting the second concierge the following day I would have never recommend this hotel.

The person at the reception at night is a pleasant gentlemen, smooth check-in.Breakfast was good but the staff in the restaurant needs some customer training.

No parking available when you arrive late.Difficult to locate the reception from the parking, it's in between a housing society.Room was good but very basic, it gives a feel of hostel.

The hotel room is very spacious, the breakfast was quite big and delicious. Service is very polite. Although it's located on a big street, it's quite for sleeping. Bus stop is very near the hotel and it is well connected.

The staff was great, the location is good for the price, the breakfast was okay.

The biggest and the only problem, what was also the reason for coming problems was the room that we stayed “305” had a very bad smell. I dont know it was the previous guests or other problems but the room smell was awful, it smelled like cat urine all the time. Coming to that of the awful smell we had to sleep all the time with open windows, but then the noise from the street was terible, so the quality of our sleep was very bad. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.
