This design hotel with free WiFi is a 5-minute walk from the Hackescher Markt entertainment district in the center of Berlin. It offers a courtyard garden, rooftop terrace and underground parking. The air-conditioned rooms and apartments at the 3-star Hotel AMANO Rooms & Apartments feature wooden floors and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The AMANO is 656 feet from Rosenthaler Platz Underground Station, and many of Berlin’s coolest fashion boutiques and art galleries. Bicycles and tandem bikes can also be rented for exploring the heart of Berlin. In the afternoon guests can relax in the lobby bar or on the rooftop terrace. - Location and friendly staff.
- The location was perfect
- Great rooftop patio to end the evening with a cold beer.
Cons -
- Bath in our apartment room was a tub-shower. The tub edge was very high and difficult, at best, to step over to get into the shower tub. This was impossible for my wife.
- The rooftop bar was very very very noisy on weekends, from the loud music to the drunk patrons in the hallway from the terrace to the elevator
- Poor tv selection
