we asked for an extra bed, and it was quite comfortable and clean, nice job

It was nicely clean

There was supposed to be a big bed for two people, but really it was just two smaller beds pushed together. Also, there was nothing that could be used for eating - just glasses for brushing teeth.

The guy at the reception desk was very helpful and polite, spoke very good English. I really liked breakfasts, wide variety of foods and drinks.

The beds are amazing and the host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and there was always parking space.

If you don't come with the car it's a bit far to get to the center of Berlin.

There was no parking place two days in a row because lot of workers (guest at the hotel) parked their company cars and big trucks before the hotel and it was no parking for „normal” guest.

In the evening time our microwave stopped working so after a discussion they changed our room

We chose the apartmant with kitchen but there was no enough equipment. Plus there was no bathroom equipment such as soap slippers etc. And the room was cold all the time. Heaters were working but it was not enough.

Quite a good value for it's money for staying in Berlin. Not very far from the city centre. Really nice breakfast.

Location…knew on booking that we’d need to use trams to get into the city and that it was about 40m ride. Had not appreciated that changes from tram to S ban etc would been needed to access many central locations. One journey took us 1h40 due to delays and cancellations.

Nice hotel with a free private parking - a huge plus. Good breakfast. Decent bathroom and comfortable room space. Calm location.

The hotel is a bit far from the center and from any public transport - about 10-15 min walk to the closest tram which takes you to the center of Berlin in approximately 30 min.

The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful; check-in and check-out were very smooth. The property was quiet, and on a very quiet street too. Several grocery stores and food options were within walking distance, as was a nearby tram stop.

The wifi was very poor and kept cutting out every few minutes during the evenings and required us to login each time. The bathroom wasn't supplied with hand soap for the sink, so we had to purchase some at the nearby grocery; a couple of lightbulbs appeared to be out as well. We selected a suite with two twin beds, but found that these were pushed together into essentially one larger bed which seemed to defeat the purpose.

All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and everything offered was fresh. There was enough parking. It's an affordable hotel in an area of Berlin that has few hotel offerings.

The room we stayed in had a non-working bathroom light and felt very lived-in. Everything looked like in the fotos on first glance but had definitely seen better days.
