Pros +

Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Good breakfast. Clean. Elevator (to be expected, though).

Cons -

Small room, tight bathroom. Very noisy - overlooking major street with lots of traffic and construction. No a/c, which aggravated the noise problem because windows had to be kept open in order to have the air cool down somewhat at night.
