Pros +

Pretty clean, nice furniture, close to tram

Cons -

Host was hard to communicate with and did not believe what I said. I also payed extra for 2 person in cash and he requested later to pay the agreed amount again by e-mail. Bathroom lock didn't work, noisy in the house in early morning, street was spooky
