excellent location, proximity to transit and a variety of good restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, free internet, good value for the price

room was small, but perfectly adequate

This a beautiful little hotel, we enjoyed the central location and simple, well-appointed rooms. Our room had a good-sized bathroom and shower, much bigger than expected. The internet is very solid, fast, and doesn't require endless logins.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was. Public transportation was within meters. Very pleased with my stay.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Nice place, very accessible from the city center with a tram stop not too far away. The place is clean and the beds very comfy. I also asked for vegan options for breakfast, and was served a seperate platter every morning with vegan salami, ham and yoghurt, fantastic service. Hotel is quiet and peaceful.

The only real downside is that the hotel faces a main street, or parts of it. And if you, like me get a room that faces that street, it will get a bit noisy. Earplugs is a must in that case.

Hairdryer doesn’t work properly

Good location, attentive staff. The room is comfortable and simple, nothing extra special.

The lights and the structure are weird. It's simply dark in the room (12), and the table lamp is flickering sometimes. A hanger and light switch for the hall are located in the middle of the living room.

Housekeeping Service: Unfortunately, there were instances where essential items were missing after the room cleaning.Missing Items: I often had to repeatedly request items that should have been routinely available in the room, such as towels and pillows.Need for Repeated Requests: This forced me to call and make proactive requests instead of simply enjoying the expected comfort, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.I hope this feedback will help you ensure that whenever a room is serviced, all necessary items are fully replenished.

I honestly like all about the hotel especially location . for the noise you can use plugs and is not that bad .

the breakfast could be better especially when comes to drinks scrambled eggs .. but still fine

The rooms were clean and the location is very near to nice restaurants and tram station. Good for solo traveller.

I was given a room that needed using stairs. I had a very heavy bag and despite other floors had an elevator access, I was given this room. More importantly the staff was not around the reception most of the time resulting in a very unpleasant stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay

Quite loud from the street, no air conditioning, no warm food for breakfast

Clean, well priced, staff were very helpful and friendly.Location is close to a tram line to get you to the rest of Berlin, and a short walk to Prenzlauer Berg.

Worst value for money

I paid a 109 bucks for a night and qas given a shoebox for a room. Felt like I'm in prison.
