Living Hotel Berlin Mitte

Location, spacious room, bed was perfectly fine

When looking under the bed for something I had dropped, it was obvious that the vacuum cleaner doesn¿t reach the far end of the bed. Quite a lot of dust and also a candy wrapper from the previous guest among other things.

It was not more then OK. U Bahn was just across the street, so transportation was great.

first night there was a blockage @ the shower. t'was disgusting to shower. There was a smell of the below restaurant in the room t'was disgusting.no AC in room,only portable one. it didnt cool the room, and was very hot.was suppose to be fully kitchenette

Room was great, large, clean, nice bed, huge bathroom, refrig,coffee/tea, desk, tv...close to 3 metro stops, one right outside the door

service was poor, had to request to have the room cleaned, they were supposed to replace 2 beer/2 water daily but didn't, housekeeping would put do not disturb sign on door and say that's why they didn't make up room even though I had requested service

The Location of the hotel was good, and the price was fair

It looks old, unlike the ones in the reviews. The staff working on the night shift wasn't so responsive; the people from the morning were much nicer and provided good service. I needed to argue with the concierge to replace the remote control, as it was not working; the TV and programs are limited, and also breakfast is in another building. But in general it was ok

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful.

It was very comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely, large room and great bed. We also liked the older style decor. The breakfast was very nice and the lady looking after the breakfast room was exceptional.

The lack of a receptionist for quite a lot of the time. The provision of coffee and tea was poor so we bought our own.

The hotel provided a very cozy experience. We enjoyed the free daily bar drinks and the Shezan restaurant on the ground floor had delicious meals.

Very beautiful hotel. Great breakfast, especially hot waffles. Free minibar in the room. Tea, coffee.Good location, the subway line that leads to various Berlin attractions is two minutes from the hotel, across the road. We came for the Christmas markets, and the line took us to all the necessary places.

Very nice hotel, vintage with a lot of charm, rooms was very well equipped, there was even a little kitchenette with all cookingware u need.Very nice breakfast, very nice staffI wish I was staying longer!

It was wonderfull, well located super clean, friendly staff. I'll deffinetly stay here once again I'll be in Berlin. Honest recomendation!

Everything was perfect

A good size room. Nice to have a sofa and floor space for my yoga. We used the fridge and safe. The hotel is near U Bahn stations and its easy to walk to Alexander Platz. Also it was reasonably quiet.

We stayed for 5 days and only used room service once. So it was disappointing when we did not to have our coffee, tea etc replenished on the day we used it. But I asked at reception and there was no problem getting more.Some similar hotels we have stayed in have had a coffee machine with pods. That would have been nice but not necessary.The mattress on one of our single beds did not have a mattress protector. I didn't notice until we left. No problem for me but maybe the hotel should protect its mattresses more? The towels were maybe approaching needing replacement.

Location, clean

No one to help with the bags .Too expensive comparing to the service No water placed in the room , no tooth brush & when you ask you have to go all the way to the reception to get it your self . Check out time too early 11:00 am which is supposed to be minimum 12:00 pm . Asked for early check in they didn’t let us in until 3 pm even though we already requested earlier as we are staying only 1 night in Berlin
