Pros +

Everything was great--simple, clean, and in a good location.

Cons -

I get that Berlin is not ready to embrace air conditioning and it is difficult to retrofit it into an older building, but I do recommend installing ceiling light/fan combinations. It would really help on those days when the temperature rises above 30.
